I reviewed them in the past and I came back today. They have bad customer service , the lady in the cashier is giving rude attitude. I will never come back here.No wonder they have bad reviews.

If I could, I would have given it zero stars!
The worst service we ever received. The workers at the Hollywood store are acting like robots, with zero customer facing skills. Will never purchase anything from this store again.

I felt very uncomfortable shopping in this store. The whole time the employees were just staring at me like they have nothing better to do. The kept standing right behind me staring at me. Very uncomfortable experience.

Shopped here a few weeks ago it’s very obvious this place is racist and only caters to Asian. I a black women walked into the store hoping to buy something but was met with stares and one of the employees watched me the entire time as if I was going to steal. Also saw employees giving me dirty looks whenever I walked past, which they did super obviously so that I would see. So disappointed if you are not Asian do not shop here.

I went to shop here yesterday, and I had a good experience shopping here. I’m not from LA, but from the East Coast. I’m only here on holiday, where I’m from you have to specially order the products because there isn’t any KBeauty nearby. Everyone working here was really nice and welcoming to me. They have a wide assortment of products. If I had a question, people were really nice in answering them.
I hope to go back when I come back to LA.

Super nice staff but not always the most knowledgeable when it comes to skincare so I recommend doing your research beforehand/knowing what products you want to try out. The prices are a bit more expensive than Olive Young and YesStyle but that’s bc those stores ship from Korea and they’re cheaper there (you also have to wait a couple weeks to a month for shipping unless you pay for express shipping). There’s a good product selection and most items have testers out so you can check out the smell/texture, they also have everything neatly organized by skin care category which makes shopping easy. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning discrimination but personally I haven’t experienced that here (I’m Mexican American). Korheim is my favorite in person K Beauty store and I would definitely recommend checking it out :)
They also accept Afterpay which is cool lol

I LOVE this korean beauty store! It has a variety of Korean skincare brands that I usually am looking for, also they have a bunch of Korean makeup! Which I adore. The workers are EXTREMELY nice and will assist you if you need it. Every time I go to this mall, Korheim is always one of the stores I will enter!

As someone who also works in high-theft retail with a focus on Asian beauty and products, I can understand loss prevention tactics to guarantee that potentials sales wouldn’t be lost. But it entirely ruins the shopping experience for customers especially those with their family. Employees will blatantly profile you and stand/hover around you while swatching the products. We had an employee surround us for 3 minutes, staring us down swatch a few lip tints while my boyfriend stood to the side of me and my younger, eleven year old sister. We walked out simply because we didn’t feel welcomed. Horrible service and experience in this store. You can find the same products for cheaper around the mall.
