This review is for the front office, not the phlebotomist. Inefficient, unclear, unfriendly. Seems unfamiliar with procedures and computer data entry. Despite checking in 45min before my appointment time, I was still seen almost 30min late. I was able to observe her poor customer service with other people as well. I've used this location several times and it was never this bad. I'll definitely use a different location next time or better yet, request my Dr. use Quest labs.

When you need lab work done ASAP, this location is the place to go! I was trying to make an appointment for routine blood testing. There were no appts for 1 1/2 weeks! I decided to take a chance and just walk in. When I arrived at 7:30am when it opened, I had 4 people in line in front of me and it happened that all the machines to check in were down!! The staff was very professional and handled the paperwork manually. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. The technician, Angel, that drew my blood was very efficient and friendly. He explained there use to be another lab open in San Gabriel but since it has closed, they are even busier! He had a very nice personality! He did not even hurt when he inserted the needle! I have had other technicians that really hurt!! I was able to get out of there within 45 minutes without an appt. I was so relieved to have my blood work done before my doctor appointment in a couple weeks! Thank you again Angel!! You did a great job!

I was a little skeptical about this location based on the reviews. But I must say it's not at all what I read. They were fast, attentive and very respectful. I didn't have to wait to long, and I didn't have an appointment.

Worst place. Forever waiting and waiting. The service is so bad. The reception seems she is the queen and refuses answer any basic questions.

Bad bad bad bad place to go take blood drawn as a walking it took me 2:20 minutes to take blood. It is the worst.

These labcorps need hire nice people, this lady said u got wrong test kit n I go I'm also here for the lab, it never happened they got issues man hire better n more professional you working w people hire some humble n more people's person, I was having bad day, thinking previous labcorp were rude this one too they got issues, great job Arcadia off n Montebello

The wait for "walk-ins" is ridiculous! Also, the receptionist is extremely rude and doesn't offer any information, so you're basically left to your own devices. She definitely hates to be bothered and gives arrogant and short answers. My recommendation is to visit another location.

I love this location because it's one of the few walk-in locations. Other labcorps you need an appointment and they are always booked at-least a week out. I arrive when they open at 7:30, check into the keypad and that's it. I find that they run efficiently here and all of the employees are skilled at catching the vein the first time making it quick and painless.

The one in San Gabriel closed down- closer one to us is in Arcadia- the service was quicker for those with appointments-they do accept walk-in. The front desk lady could have been a bit nicer to customers. During peak hour- the room was packed there is no chair availability for elderly. The restroom has no shelf or holder for any of your belongs. Avoid the peak, go early or after lunch hours- for children request for one that have experience with kids.
