Our experience here was wonderful the Issac at the front was so SUPER helpful he was so accommodating and very sweet and genuine. If you are checking in ask for Isaac if you want exceptional service. Thank you again Issac for the help and thank La Méridien for our stay. We will be back soon.

This review is only based on 1 thing. The fact they can't offer free wifi seems to be cheapest most ridiculous things I've ever seen. What a joke.

A huge thank you to Mike from the valet team. After I unknowingly drove 20 minutes away from the hotel without my car key, Mike went above and beyond. Even after I told him to stop searching, he thoroughly checked the street multiple times and ultimately found the key lying in the middle of the road. He then personally delivered it to my location. Truly outstanding service.

Loved our stay for the show jumping event at Santa Anita Racetrack. Rooms are beautiful and it's an easy walk to the track. The staff is also amazing and went above and beyond to help me get some packages that were delivered after I left. The only drawback is the mandatory valet parking but would 100% stay here again and overall we were very happy!

Very bad experience. Stayed at this hotel on Friday night and had to valet park! Left the next day and needed to do some shopping on Sunday night! Then I discovered that my card holder was missing from my car! I logged into my online banking and discovered that someone had used my credit card at the gas station next to the hotel!

I’ve stayed at this hotel, many times and it’s amazing! The rooms are beautiful, the food at the restaurant is good and the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever encountered. As a Marriott ambassador, I want to do a special shout out to Jamie at the front desk of the Le Meridian Arcadia. Jamie has helped me check in many times over the last year, and is always incredibly helpful, positive, and even recalls my preferences. She recalled my daughter staying with me on my last visit to the hotel, down to the detail of us wearing matching sweatshirts. She has someone that truly goes above and beyond to get to know and to make sure your experience is a positive one. She truly exemplifies, exceptional customer service

This was our favorite place to stay on this entire trip. Absolutely beautiful room. We asked for a room facing the mountain’s and on the top floor. Fabulous. The room was spotless, quiet and stunning. If I had to list one negative, it would be the sliding doors to the toilet room and the bathroom. The doors are the exact same size as the doorway so it leaves a gap to see right in to the toilet. The parking is valet ONLY. All staff were attentive and gracious.
