Great place to go for pool help. Anthony is very knowledgable, helpful, and responsive in person and on phone. He is a valuable asset/resource to go to regarding water chemistry and equipment issues.

Walked in on a Sunday just needing a few gallons of liquid chlorine. I believe most stores don't carry it but I needed to check. The store had about 12 people in it, and I immediately got in line. I eyeballed the store while waiting, and didn't see any on the floor. I was second in line.There were only two employees - one was walking around the entire store with a customer, and the other one was behind the register testing water with two customers.The employees NEVER acknowledged the waiting customers, and after about 5-7 minutes I saw a customer behind me leave. I waited a few more minutes and then I finally did the same.If testing water is going to be a 15-20 minute ordeal, it needs to be scheduled. At the least, the employee could've explained how much longer it would take and possibly help those that had quick transactions.I went to the nearest Home Depot, got my liquid chlorine, and I was in and out in half the time it took for me to get NO SERVICE at Leslie's.With big box stores and Amazon you'd think these B&M Leslie's would go out of their way to provide good communication/customer service. Not the case here, and I won't be going back.UPDATE 7/21/21: I was immediately contacted by "customer service" and was told the district manager wanted to talk to me. Fine. I thought it could be a teachable moment, so I called AND sent an email. Zero response, just like when I was waiting in line. Now I know why that store and others have the rep they do - it comes from the top down.

I go out of my way to go to this Leslie's! The service is above and beyond from ALL the staff. I've been coming here since the pandemic began and through all of the different employees they've gone through I've never had bad service. They must have a great training program because I've been to a few other Leslie's and none compare to this one.
