I gave 5 stars initially and downgraded it due to my less than ideal experience second time there. When I was there 5/26/23, I felt welcome as soon as I entered the store. Ladies were very helpful and placed an order for me due to my size out of stock. I thought my order would be shipped to the store so after I got an email notification, I went to check on my order at the store today on 6/3. The associate (wearing glasses. There’re two associates I’ve come across that wear glasses and the other lady is friendly). that interacted with me was impatient, rude, and had an attitude in her voice. Even my husband who overheard our conversation could sense the tension. I’ll probably still patronize the store but this is such a disappointing experience.

I love Loft. I'm petite and it's hard to find clothes that fits well. Cute outfits all the time. I can always find my size. The customer service is great. They always have deals.

0 stars for the racist receptionists complaining about "so many Chinese" customers. My mom went there for the sale and she said the reps at the changing room were nice, but when she went to make her purchase, she overheard one of the receptionists say this to another.

Don't bother ordering online unless you're willing to wait for a very LONG time to get your items. I thought I was helping to stimulate the economy by placing an order for some clothes that I don't really need. It has been 15 days now and my order still hasn't shipped -- they claim it's being "processed." What does that mean? How hard is this? Pick my shirts out, put them in a box, print a label, put it on the box, and send it off.Here's the bottom line: if they are incapable of shipping orders in a timely fashion during the Covid crisis, they should not be selling. They need to put a notice on their website that says: "Your order could take greater than 1 month to arrive," and then let the shopper decide if they want to place the order or not. If I'd known it would take this long, I would have NEVER have placed the order. They do have an 800 number but you have to hold for over an hour and then when you finally talk to someone, they say you can't cancel. WHY not? The last time I called, they said it was shipping the next day - that was 4 days ago and still NO shipping notification. Clearly, their words are meaningless.I have a consumer brand and we ship same day or next day - before and throughout the entire the Covid crisis. Most of our customers get their orders in 3 - 5 days wherever they reside in the US. We ship hundreds of packages every month, and we've only had 2 packages in the last 3 months that fell off the radar aka disappeared... so hats off to USPS and UPS by the way.This co needs to get it together or call it quits.

I recently just found your site and loved your plus size range. Imagine my disappointment when I found that what I wanted to order went from $68 US dollars to NZ $233. This is before postage is added. The conversion rate should make it around $110. Maybe you think all kiwis are rolling in money and can afford to pay double just for the sake of it. Sadly, you are mistaken.
