I witnessed an uncomfortable interaction at the checkout at this Lululemon location. The cashier, who appeared to be the store manager, spoke to another customer in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. As a bystander, it was uncomfortable to witness. Lululemon should look into the conduct of the staff at this store.

On December 17, I visited the Santa Anita (Arcadia) lululemon store to return an item that was incorrectly shipped, based on guidance I received from customer service. Unfortunately, the return was not accepted, and the interaction felt discourteous and unprofessional. I remained calm and simply asked for the note from customer service to be rechecked, but I was asked to leave the store. I was disappointed by the experience and hope the store can review how these situations are handled in the future.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I bought a pair of shoes online and they were too small. I received them three days ago and I can't return them ?! The horrible thing is that the saleswoman said it was a final sale!!! The product purchased was not final sale at all, just marked down。

Really rude staff. I have probably purchased $1500 worth of Lululemon since the year began and came to return a sweater I bought 3 months ago, new, unworn, with the tag. I told her I had the receipt on my app which I began to pull up.
The girl working at the front made a face and before even asking when it was from etc, said they generally don’t accept late returns. I clarified that I thought their policy was flexible? She said “well yeah but not like five years.”
How incredibly rude. Will direct the thousands I spend at Lululemon to another store location, avoid this particular small store with terrible customer service.

I was there with my aunt last weekend and the Latino staff member worked at the fitting room was so rude that he needs to get fired. Even after she let him know I’m her nephew earlier, he still told me “don’t forget to let your mom pay for your pants”. Do people usually not pay for their clothes from lululemon? Also I’m almost in my 30s and my aunt doesn’t even look old. Since when lululemon started to hire incompetent people?

Initially, I was skeptical of comments about racism at the store since my experiences had been positive. However, during a recent visit for an exchange, I noticed a stark difference in how the employee treated a white customer before me compared to my own experience. When it was my turn, she was short, condescending, and eager to rush me out. I was taken aback and regretted not asking for her name; she is about 5’5” to 5’7”, white, with shoulder-length blonde hair.
This store is located in Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, which has a large Asian community… like seriously?!!

Pool service, I just came to return my item,the old lady in the front door told me that I had to wait in a long line out the store and they only let 4-5people in every 5mins

I want to chime in on what other reviewers say on how there is some sort of discrimination here. I’ve had a few pickup orders here and I usually don’t have a problem.
I had a pickup order today and I was waiting in a long line. The woman that helped me was super cheerful and nice to the customers in front of me. They were 2 white males, most likely father and son. I saw her smile and greeted them, also wishing them a Merry Christmas. I walk up with a smile telling her I had a pick up order. She asks for my name and before I even finish she walks away to grab my order. As she comes back she hands it over without saying a word and I ask her for another bag since these items were gifts. I say thank you and Merry Christmas and she completely ignores me. lol honestly like she couldn’t be bothered with someone like me and goes on her phone.
I work in retail as well and I understand the holidays but that was blatant discrimination/racism whatever it was. What’s funny is it’s Arcadia! Land of Asians!

I had such a great experience at Lululemon thanks to Will! He was super friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. He made sure I found exactly what I needed and made the whole shopping trip easy and enjoyable. Big shoutout to Will—this location is lucky to have someone like him on the team!

Security was called on me and my 2 cousins we are African American for absolutely NO REASON, yes absolutely no reason. We tried on some items I did not like mine but one of my cousins liked hers. When we went to the register to pay we noticed that they had called 4 security officers on us???!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

It was a terrible experience being here today. I chose 12 items and spent over $1000. But what I get is unfair service, because I choose too many things and put them at the checkout first. Later, I went to choose my underwear and prepared to pay, but the staff saw that I was waiting for payment and still did not come to help me, but told me that she had to help the other two customers who arrived after me first. What made me most angry was that I asked for a military discount and the cashier gave me a dirty look! I think it's absolutely racist! I'm here to consume. Do consumers deserve a bad attitude????

Good product, bad customer service, cashier looked mad when I was buying their product.This is second time experience in this store, I think they were not happy in working there. Please find other job, if you are not happy, please do not spread bad negative feeling to customer.
