I'm giving it one star because of the service of the workers there, they made me feel like I was going there to steal something, the workers are weird and have a bad attitude. That happened in the men's section and sunglasses.

The associate in the shoe department this morning was very disappointing. I waited in line to ask about a pair of shoes. I waited for an unusually long time. Another shopper came up, looked at me and waited. When the clerk finished helping a customer he took the other lady first. Clearly they both saw me, especially for the amount of time I was standing there.
Another reason to shop on line.

Angela and her manager Diana in Estée Lauder were so helpful! I had a return I was heading towards customer service, there was a long line. They approached me and helped me with my return! Very efficient, commuted to excellent customer service and fast!!! They made my day! I was with my 4 month old baby and my mom! We were in and out of Macy’s in a few minutes! Precious employees! Angela is a manager material and Diana is a great manager

In Macys at the mens department there is a young man Joshua. He is phenominal. Great guy, easy going, and knows his stuff. I will come back specifically because of the great customer service he provied. Joshua you are a legend brotha.
