Wow, the dealership was absolutely amazing! Their team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with purchasing my dream vehicle. They were straightforward, efficient, and made the entire process an absolute breeze. On September 9 my car was serviced. everything is good, everything runs smoothly, but I remember the tires are still new in 2022 and the brake master is blue. Just 2 months later I noticed everything, it turned out my tires had been changed in 2018, 2021. and my master had changed color to silver. Turns out it was exchanged secretly. For those who want to service, please be careful. and for service shop, please use a camera so people waiting can see the car being serviced. Thanks.

When you talk with Kevin, you free totally stress free and he would give you time to make your decision. Initially, a very foolish guy attended to me. When he heard me speaking Mandarin, he responded with arrogance, answering questions with a dismissive attitude, as if he were the owner of the store. I was dressed casually that day, wearing slippers and shorts, and I'm unsure if he discriminated against me based on my attire or the fact that I spoke Mandarin. Later, I explicitly requested a different salesperson and ended up purchasing a car the same day. The older manager in the store was surprisingly polite and respectful. Overall, the experience was terrible. If this person isn't the owner's son, why is he so arrogant???

I can't say enough about MB of Arcadia, they truly deliver! From the lovely Sadith Ching who helped us with our test drives & made the whole experience special, to the amazing Peter Lieu who made it so quick and easy with paperwork for our lease, this was a truly incredible and luxe experience! Previously my husband and I had shared a Tesla Model 3 for 5+ years and I really wanted an luxury EV SUV (we have solar at our house and are used to the EV lifestyle, just wanted an upgrade to a second vehicle). The timing is perfect as Mercedes has announced pairing with Tesla for a Supercharger adapter coming early next year. What an incredible lease deal Peter and Mercedes of Arcadia gave us! I can't say enough. Tesla and other EV carmakers need to step up their game to the high level set by this dealership! Thank you, Peter, Sadie and the lovely folks here! We can't wait to come back!

I drove 3 hours to make a purchase at this dealership because I was looking for a specific vehicle that they had in stock. Car buying here was the least personal experience that I've had in the many vehicles I've owned. No follow up to see how I am enjoying the vehicle and or help me in any way once the sale was finalized. I enjoying returning as a repeat customer where I feel valued and part of the family.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was warmly greeted and immediately paired with a consultant named Bruce who guided me through the entire process. Bruce was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs. He introduced me to various models, offering suggestions based on my preferences to ensure the car I selected was the perfect fit for me. What impressed me even more was how thoroughly he explained the car's features of every aspect. Whenever I've had questions or needed clarification on something related to the car, Bruce responds promptly to my texts. The entire team at Mercedes Benz Arcadia carries themselves with a level of professionalism and respect that is genuinely refreshing. My experience has been nothing short of excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a seamless car-buying experience.

This is the worse Mercedes place ever. I purchased the prepaid maintain package for my car but I wanted to cancel the package. Submitted the Statement of fact on 11/2022 to Billy Kwan and called the dealer many times. Also left a voice to the billing department (Katrina) never heard anything from them. This place is very unprofessional. They told me at the beginning when purchased my car the package can be cancelled anytime but when you really need to cancel the prepaid maintain and requesting for refund. They just treat you as you are invisible. BAD SERVIC! BE AWARE!

Great experiences at Mercedes Benz of Arcadia. Bruce is the best person that helped me with selecting and procuring great Mercedes Benz car for me. I've worked with him over 8 years and I can't find anyone better than him. Michael is also an excellent financial advisor. He has helped me a lot through finical process. Overall excellent excellent place for great vehicle.

I just leased my first Mercedes from Stacey Huynh at Rusnak of Arcadia and it was a great experience. Stacey knew I wasn’t satisfied with my first choice of car and she took her time and showed me another car that I loved at first sight. Stacey went above and beyond to get me a good deal. I would definitely recommend to visit Rusnak and ask for Stacey. She is honest and no pressure. Finance guy was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Entire experience was great.

Towed my car to this dealership so they could replace transponder & keys, which only they have the capability to make, prior to my vehicle arriving to their premises, I specifically had the towing company along with myself call the dealership asking what their procedure was for when vehicles are towed on arrival for service, I very much wanted my car NOT to be left outside next to the curb ( temp loading zone) of a public road unattended, literally a few feet away from the biggest MBenz dealership in town. An employee over the phone reassured me “ the porters would know how to handle it once the car arrives “ mind you a replacement Mercedes key is like 700+ 500 1200-1300 range total cost. I wasn’t here to purchase a new Merc, just to replace a lost key. Felt like I was asking for too much, when I wanted my car inside their yard, and now they are closed and my vehicle is parked outside curbside, on the yellow loading zone of a city street…

I have trusted him on over 5 vehicles over the past 25 years and he never disappoints. He works extremely hard to make sure that the customer is 110% satisfied and makes you feel very comfortable through the process. In May of last year, I leased a new C300, which proved to be a good car. The salesperson was helpful throughout the process. However, during the lease agreement, the sales manager convinced me to purchase a maintenance package and assured me that it could be refunded at any time if I chose not to use it in the future. Trusting their word, I agreed to include the package in my monthly payments.At some point, I decided to sell the car and requested a refund for the unused maintenance package, which had not been utilized at all. Initially, I called the dealership, and they assured me that the refund would be processed. However, even after six months, I had not received the refund, prompting me to visit the dealership in person.During my visit, they promised that the refund would be processed within 45 days. Unfortunately, another three months went by without any sign of a refund or a check. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I reached out to their customer service online, and a representative informed me that they had passed the message to their manager and assured me of a prompt response. However, another month has passed, and I have yet to receive any communication from them. This level of disregard and lack of follow-up is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Kevin Wang helped me got my new C300. My experience was GREAT! He was incredibly patient in answering all my queries from start to finish, allowed me to make decisions easier without the pressure and annoyance of a "typical" salesman. There was no hidden fees or markup. They were so transparent the whole time. Kevin Wang was absolutely exceptional! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a hassle free buying experience. Besides, I recommend obtaining your finances through Billy Kwan, the finance manager. Another stellar employee of the Arcadia Mercedes team.
