I stopped by to buy a bag and firstly the asian employee was terrific! Many employees who work for big brands sometimes are judgmental and act like they work for Donatella Versace. The asian employee was so encouraging and didn't give my family a look despite how basic we looked! He was so kind and made me want to buy something for myself all because of his generous and kind attitude. However the young girl working aside from him did give us a judgy look almost criticizing why we stepped inside. She kept staring at our every moves acting like she's working for Gucci. I'll be back if I ever want to shop for a gift here and I will be sure to not ask her for assistance ever.

If you are looking for someone who listens, helpful, and patient, then ASK for Francis. Back in February 2023, there was a huge mistake made to my online order. I reached out to Michael Kors (MK) customer support about the issue and they immediately handled the situation. That being said, I was left without the "extra large tote bag" I had purchased online. I went into the MK store located in the Santa Anita mall and spoke to Francis. I explained the situation with my online order and my desire to still get that tote. I informed him that I was leaving for Japan and wanted the tote before I left. He immediately assisted me in re-ordering that tote and I was able to receive it the very next day. Recently, in June, I went back to MK to look at purses and wallets as I wanted to use my birthday certificate. Francis was working that day and I was presently surprised that he remembered me. I shared with him my budget. He assisted me in finding a couple items that fit within my budget. This is what one calls "excellent customer service." My experience with sales reps has been as soon as they hear you got a budget, they walk away and help someone else. It's really hard to find the kind of customer service that Francis provides. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, helped me find some items within my budget, and provided some suggestions. I left MK a very happy customer. I wish MK sent me a customer service survey because I would have done it. MK needs to know that they have a valuable employee. The kind of service that Francis provides will have customers like me keep coming back. Francis is the kind of employee that MK should recognize. He is the type of sales rep who will create loyal MK customers because of the service he provides. MK, I hope your company gives Francis the kind of recognition he deserves.

With a wide-ranging selection of bags from wall to wall, you'll find that there's something for everyone at this location. Breana, bless her soul, was able to simplify the somewhat overwhelming process of buying a bag for Mother's Day and helped me buy a piece that checked every box for my dear mom. I highly recommend giving the store a look for the customer experience alone. You may end up leaving with the perfect gift for a loved one.

Bought a shoe in October and wore it in November on my trip. I wore it again February of the following year however, before i could get out of my car, the heel fell off. I chatted with them the next day and was told they will not be doing anything about it because it is past 90 days. Well I do not stress, I am one person that knows where to spend her money and i hope what I spent there lasted cause they will never get another penny from me... No matter how nice their stuff looks...

We took our Grandson Daniel to take a picture with Santa at the Arcadia.Mall today. Today was Autism acknowledged day. what this means folks is that their staffing was Autism fremdly and trained for this occasion. We were done in no time. And off to have an early lunch. That was.our morning at the Arcadia Any how walked in to this Michael Kors store in the Mall, not too far from Santas photo opThey have some wonderful stuff. Sad to say this experience was not good. I came in today with my mother, husband & son to purchase our Mother’s Day gift & we did not feel welcomed, we felt super uncomfortable at the fact that we were literally being watched the entire time & i mean THE ENTIRE TIME. I don’t know if it’s because we are 4 Mexicans shopping at a bag store lol but jeez will they stare you down.

Worst experience for this shopping experience.No help or assistance for the return purchased on line. And the sale gave no guidance and not accepted the return as we purchased on line and pay with PayPal.

Such a nice place to shop I really enjoyed the service I received. The employees make a big effort to get to know me and keep ties throughout any sales and events. Very tidy and neat displays that make it easy to shop and play around with the purses and wallets. I'll definitely come back next time I need a new piece to add to my handbag collection. Thank you team Santa Anita!

Literally one of the worst locations I have ever visited in my whole entire existence. Walked in wanting to buy my self a new purse & wallet and was not greeted by the employees instead I was looked from head to toe while other customers were being greated. It sucks because I had found something that I really wanted to purchase but Instead i decided to take myself somewhere where I won't be judged and I'll be welcomed in no problem. These employees need to stop judging people based off of how they look . Never ever coming here again the day this location closes I'll be so happy !!

As soon as I walked in the employees greeted me with a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. They asked what I was looking for and helped me every step of the way! I would definitely recommend visiting this location because they will help you find exactly what you are looking for! Not only that but I'm a helpful and respectful manner. I will definitely be doing my shopping here especially for all types of holidays!
