They have really cool stuff, but did not like the customer service. I was buying a gift and couldn't decide between two items. Asked if they do gift receipts, they said yes. Only after they charged me did they say no returns or exchanges, all sales are final. What is the point of a gift receipt then? I felt duped.

Amazing staff!! They went above and beyond helping me put an order in for some Mario plush and finding a plush on their website that I thought was sold lol. They went as far as even giving me a phone call. Also very fast shipping. They arrived in two days and packaged with care with paper tags all in mint condition. Thanks so much Neko’s. I definitely will be ordering again from you and will be watching your website for any new Mario Plush I may need to add to my collection.

Everytime I go to Santa Anita mall I always stop by here. Even with the over saturated Japanese/anime gift shops around this place stands out with having the newest blind boxes and great customer service. Anna is my go to girl as she's always super friendly and helpful. Can't leave without spending on at least one thing (or more)!

Super cute shop offering Japanese brand items for sale such as some from Sanrio and some from Anime related items. They were hosting a Spring break sale I'm assuming when I walked into browse today. The store was extremely organized and makes it easy to find what you need or don't need. I'd stop by here again in the future when I've broken a keychain or some thing....there existed a keychain sale today but just recently bought some Super Mario ones....

Awesome customer service, I had so many questions and Jessica was so nice to answer them and helpful with my purchase for my son's birthday I've been looking for anything Pikmin and there it was, this amazing cute store has literally everything I've been looking for Thank you. Love the details and lil action figures put together on display super cute I love it. I do feel that the price is out there but yet still reasonable

Neko stop is my go to for blind boxes. I always stop by here whenever I visit the mall. They have a wide selection of figures and great customer service! One of the workers, Ana, was extremely helpful and picked out a blind box for me and it was the figure I wanted!

What an AMAZING shop!! My bf and I love collecting and opening blind boxes. It's such a bad thing to spend money on but addicting and very fun! It's always cool to get something as a surprise especially if the set has some really cool ones. Until you get to the point where you want only one thing from the set and spend so much only to not get it LOL.We came across this shop after having dinner (but also browsed while waiting for our table). They have tons of blind boxes! We get the Pokémon re-ment ones pretty often so it's nice to finally find a place that has multiple sets and at a great price! We've been to other shops and they really overprice it but this place is great! I can't remember what the deal was but if you spend a certain amount on blind boxes, you get coins for their gacha machine for an extra freebie blind box. I love places that do this! They really grab you in with it. Cute little shop but you'll find a bunch of great figures and even good for gifts! Can't wait to come back! IG: @ammysalamii

If you are not Asian they make it extremely clear that you are not welcome in this location. There were two occasions where they purposely served the Asian customers that got in line after me, which I naively hoped was just a mistake even after watching them greet any Asian customers that walked in but never I. But then, my daughter decided to apply to this store while she is on break from college and was INSTANTLY rejected, yet also informed that they would still be hiring, she just wasn’t a candidate despite being professional, passionate and completely qualified and ready to work at anytime. There was no rhyme or reason behind it. Cute store, but if you care about black or brown people I would say take your business elsewhere.

this place draws you in so easily ... do not go if you are prone to spending too much money on cute things! neko stop mostly sells blind box figurines, where there are a number of choices the figurine inside can be, but you don't know which one it is until you buy it. they also have some cute themed apparel and earrings that are popular as well. their blind box collections are updated consistently, so you will always find something new each time you go. they have a variety of characters ranging from sanrio, kirby, pokémon, genshin impact, spongebob, and more, so there's something there for everyone! i got drawn in by the sanrio summer strawberry collection this time, so be forewarned that this might make you spend all your money ;-;

This store has lots of cute stuff at a decent price. The staff is friendly my only complaint was that it was little crowded and hard to move around the store. But this store is definitely worth checking out ?.

I give this place two stars for the cute things I purchase in the past, but for customer service, it never does very well. I'm making this review because, I have gone many times and even while making purchases my husband and I don't get a hello or thank you. What I do notice is that any Asian people come in they get a nice welcome. Yesterday, when we went in, we were the only people there and they a couple people came in. Also, the two girls in the front both even said, "hello" at the same time to an Asian couple who just came in. Look, I dress nice, I smell good there's no need to ignore my husband and I. I walked out. There's no need for me to support a racist store. This has happened too many times to not notice. I'm Mexican, and if they don't like brown people in the store just say it.
