This has been my go to nail salon for about 2 years now. I have not had a bad experience there at all. All the workers are so nice and accommodating. The salon is always clean. Their prices are also reasonable. Every time I go in there, I always feel so welcomed.

First time customer and I really liked the salon. I had a pedicure and the technician did a great job. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I went here because it was nearby me. BIG MISTAKE!!! my new nail acrylics don't look the same!! I had someone by the name of Dyipe do my nails. The way they look it's like someone just started doing my nails! And the person who did my pedicure was just as bad. Their nail samples don't match the actual gel colors they have!! That is just stupid. And then the gel dryer was extremely dirty!!! I mean very unsanitary!! I told her to get me another one. They didn't have one!!! They took out the bottom and put my hand on a pillow with the heater. My nails don't match and I for sure didn't leave a tip. I am going to file a complaint with the State Board of Cosmetology.

What can I say about Nicely Nails that they aren't already saying in their name? It is a nice place to get your nails done.I went during the week in the afternoon. It was clean, quiet, and my technician did a great job. The place has a modern look. It is bright and airy, giving it a very open feel.It is a bit out of the way for me since I live in Pasadena, but it is worth the trip. Fair prices for a pedicure with some extras to make my feet look their best.I would recommend it to friends.

This location is very clean, up to date equipment. They have all services available every day. Parking is available. Staff is very conscious of cleanliness and Covid awareness. I have been going to this place for maybe 10years. They have changed ownership, but still remains a #1.

Clean facility with great employees. Only con for me is that they have made me wait on the pedicure chair for 30 minutes without anyone starting my pedicure. I prefer to be asked to come back, they know I will but sometimes they decide to let me wait.

So I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 which I would have usually but the person doing my nails did a good job, and the bad review would only be for one person there that did a small portion of my experience there. I've been here twice. First time was to remove my extensions, and they took me in after hours, which was really generous of them. No complaints, the person did it great by using acetone and soaking it off. The person doing my removal took great care in filing everything down enough for the acetone to work, and checked/checked again to see if it worked. She did a great job and my nails felt great afterwards - no damage at all! The next time I came it was to get extensions off again, and I thought that they would do the same thing. Instead, the lady used another extension piece for acrylics and put it under the extension to PRY it off my fingernails. She didn't grid down the nail that much either, so not only did she rip off the layer of my right index and middle finger and half of the thumb, it actually hurt when she did it. After her trying the thumb I asked her if she can do the soak off with acetone, and she gave me some response that it's faster to do it her way. EXCUSE ME. I do not give a rat's a** how long it takes, that's HER problem, not mine. I scheduled myself to take this much time off to do it in a way that doesn't damage my nails. In the end she did it the way I wanted to, but it still damaged my index and middle finger nail, especially the index finger. Because the index finger nail was damaged, they had to buff it down even thinner. Thankfully another girl took over for the first lady who did it, but I really only think she started doing the acetone because she can tell my face was mad. lol. I'm just annoyed that she had the audacity to say that it's faster to do it her way and just trying to tell me to do it her way. I pretty much said fine, whatever, but I think she heard the tone in my voice and changed to do it with the acetone. Anyways, when the other girl did my nails, she did a phenomenal job, however the index finger lasted a day, and it started to crack and then eventually chip off because that nail was compromised. Because the layer of nail was taken off, it had to be buffed pretty thin, and because it was thin, it bent more and was more flexible than all the other nails. The other nails that were not ripped off are perfectly fine and BEAUTIFUL. The index and middle fingers are chipped already. I think the prices are great here and they do a great job and I would come again but make sure that you are advocating for yourself and make sure that you have them soak off your nail when removing extensions instead of ripping it off. If that were the case, I could rip them off myself like she did, and probably with less pain and damage. It is noted, however, if you have diabetes or some kind of health issue with slow healing, this place is probably not for you. It seems like they re-use tools and equipment without an autoclave machine.

This is my first time coming here I decided to try someone different close to home , since my other girl I seen for many years sold her place and I didn't care for the new people who took it over the quality went downhill. Driving by I decided to come here all I can say it was a great stop and now my new nail salon I was impressed from the beginning to end , the gal who did my pedicure is T She was amazing and gentle , Cindy who did my nails was precise on the shape and length and Tracy that waxed my eyebrows I told her exactly how I wanted them and she did it with no hesitation. Thank you so much ladies for taking care of me and making me feel welcomed .
