Nordstrom is my favorite department store. I often go there for makeup and gifts. I love their complimentary gift wrapping. Parking could be a little busy as it is located at the Shop in Santa Anita especially during the holiday.

Joseph, from the kids department, was amazing. He was very friendly and welcoming towards me and my daughter while my wife was shopping. He even went out of his way to offer my daughter a free helium balloon to keep her entertained. Top notch service, overall!

Worst customer service

I’ve had the worst retail experience at the Nordstroms I visited lately. One in the brea and the other one in Arcadia. Sales reps are either on their phones ignoring you or they are clueless as to what needs to be done to make a payment. I was trying to purchase a shampoo. This lady came by and asked if I needed help which was nice of her. Then it went downhill from there. I mentioned to her I have notes. She kept telling me that I do not, but I can see it in my app. Then I asked her how do I text myself to get the temporary credit card. She then tells me, honey, I don’t know. Which I respond with honey that’s OK I’m leaving. I wonder how long Nordstrom is staying open with these kind of customer service. The customer service has been tumbling downhill.

came here to buy coromandel and try out some more chanel fragrances and mary who helped me was so amazing , i love her she was the sweetest and just went above and beyond to help, will be coming back just to see her !

Fine fragrances department at the Arcadia location is the best. Adinai at is an outstanding associate! She is a prime example of the Nordstrom customer service experience! She’s in tune with customer tastes and what you’re going to like before you know it, she made us a sample of Kilian Roses on Ice and the scent kept calling to us we soon went back and my son bought a bottle for me.
