Went to Old Navy in the Paul Westfield Arcadia Mall. After not being there since the pandemic, it wasn't the same? They're selection of plain colored T-shirts were bare minimal and a bit more pricey then before. I know that everything is going up it has gone up.already....but why doesn't the cost of living go up as well? Moral of my story here is, spend less for items you really don't want, but rather need. The return process for online purchases is very easy and straightforward. The customer service is nonexistent...including from the assistant manager. A simple smile and thank you goes a long way, but unfortunately, I received neither of those. The selection of the merchandise is good, but the prices, including sale items, are much better online.
