I'm leaving this review for the staff not my doctor at Optum- Arcadia. I reached out to get a lab order and received a call telling me it was complete. I asked if I needed to take anything to the lab and they said no that they would have it. Well, I show up today and waste 2 hours of my day because Labcorp didn't have the order. I tried reaching the doctor's office but of course they were on lunch, set to come back at 1pm. I waited and called at that time, but there was no answer from those who could help me for 40mins. I ended up leaving Labcorp. I later received a call from the office, Dave (I think) saying that someone forgot to activate the order. This is completely unacceptable and whoever is responsible needs to be reprimanded. I've already given them feedback directly but wanted to post here as well.Lesson learned- Always double check that your orders went through and don't trust their word because in this case it meant nothing.

Went see my Doctor for yearly Physical. Very understanding. Excellent communication skills.a great Doctor who knows her job. Thank you! My Review is 1 to 5. I give her 10’s thank you for doing a excellent job. She is an excellent Doctor who cares about her patients. She listens that is very important. ????

Staff is incompetent, uncaring and fail to do their job. Repeatedly fail to do their job. STAFF DOES NOT DO THEIR JOBS!!! Doctors are great- STAFF IS HORRIBLE As I see on this site, many, many patients share the same concerns and have suffered the same offenses. This is supposed to be healthcare; people are sick and in pain. The staff here doesn’t seem to care and it’s not fair for the doctors. Referrals are often wrong, late, incomplete or simply not done. Information from staff is scattered and incomplete, inconsistent and incorrect. What a disgrace. Who runs this place anyway?

Made appointment last week to see Dr Singh, gave information about insurance and reason. Got a missed call and called back and was told the staff wasn’t answering their calls, they were short staffed so just continue to go to my appointment. I was there more than 15 minutes early and gave my name- was asked to wait, will call my name. At my appointment time the clerk called my name and I was told that Dr Singh didn’t take new patients and I should see a dermatologist instead. Whoever took my call didn’t do a good job relaying the message, and if they knew she didn’t take new patients should have told me earlier instead of making me wait til my appointment time. Should have just left a message also and told me it was canceled.

I am very saddened to give this place a two star review. Not only myself but my whole family sees doctors at this location. And all the doctors we see here are excellent. All that talent, knowledge and compassion for patients is overshadowed by rude and robotic people working at the front desk though. They lack compassion and do not care.

Received a call today around 4:30PM from this location and was asked for a person that is not me nor do I recognize. I promptly told the caller that I believe they had the wrong number and caller hung up abruptly without explanation or apology. Rude.

I’d like to say I spoke to the staff, and everything went fine, but I had to hang up the first time calling after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, being hung up on after waiting 10 minutes, and I’m currently waiting again, and I’ve been on hold for another 15 minutes.If you have a choice, I would suggest avoiding Optum for your medical needs.

Dr yataco Casitlla is grossly unqualified . The office is disorganized and dank. Communication is null . Prescription s don't get attention . Generally this offic should be closed.
