We are very happy with the Osim product, especially the massage chair model UDivine V2. We tried it a few days ago and decided to get one. Kathy Zhu was the product consultant that helps us to understand everything about the product. She took the time to explain everything about the functionality and the benefits of the chair. She was very professional. My wife and her sister-in-law tried the product. They both have issues with their lower back,upper back and legs. After trying the product, they were very happy with the results. They said that they felt the whole body feel very relaxed and comfortable.

Manis was super helpful and detailed when showing us different models of the massage chairs. The entire experience was delightful. We’ve also tried different brands of massage chairs and we’ve concluded that Osim massage chairs are superior (hence the price tag).

I recently purchased an OSIM uDream massage chair at the Arcadia flagship store. I have been looking at different models of massage chairs. After experiencing the various models OSIM has to offer, I found the uDream model to offer the most comprehensive experience, especially for the upper back, shoulders, and lumbar regions. The quality of the massage experience mirrors that of high end professional spa experiences, all with the benefit of in home convenience. Kathy at OSIM Arcadia was knowledgeable and very attentive through the shopping process. I look forward to many years of using this massage chair and the increased health benefits that it will bring!
