Our new pediatric dental office needed a neighborhood compounding pharmacy for a compounded topical anesthetic, and Dr. John was so helpful in explaining the specifics of the formulation while having a quick turnaround and very reasonable price for it. He was kind enough to allow us to try a sample, and we are excited to partner with him for future orders. Thank you Dr. John and team!

I am so happy to have found Pacific Oak Compounding Pharmacy! I was visiting family and ran out of medication for my cat. Dr. John went above and beyond, picking up my call after closing and helping me figure out the prescription details. He called me as soon as they opened on the next business day to assure me that he would have the medication completed on the same day. Thank you again, Dr. John!

Seriously, all I can say is WOW! Dr. John was so helpful, I never knew what a compounding pharmacy was until I needed one. Dr. John explained everything very well and walked me through all the options so I was able to make an informed decision. The entire process was very relaxed, informative and I am very appreciative for all the help. Thanks again, Dr. John! I will be back.

So I will spread the review here as well."Excellent pharmacist, will work with you for all your needs for your medications and how to circumvent or deal with side effects. Extremely knowledgeable and professional! Would not be hyperbolic to say excruciatingly recommended, don't go anywhere else!"

Dr. Kong is wonderful! I wish I could give them more stars.I have a 20 year old cat who takes a couple of daily meds and I was looking for a better way to administrator them. I called to see if they would even deal with vet meds. Not only did they say they were willing to do it - they also worked with several local vets. Dr. Kong talked to me about the meds and what some of the possibilities might be. I ended up coming into the shop to show him the pills and he took the time to problem solve with what I have and what could be done with future prescriptions. He was so enthusiastic and willing to share his knowledge- I cannot recommend highly enough.

My wife developed an itchy rash whilst we were on holiday in this area, we found this pharmacy. Very helpful staff and the pharmacist gave us some great advice, the anti histamine tablets he recommended did the job.

Stopped by from out of town and had such a good experience with Dr. John Kong. I had an issue with a topical compound I was using, and he took the time to fully understand my concerns and found a formulation that ended up working much better. It's refreshing to work with a thoughtful pharmacist who made my interaction this personal. He listened, was proactive with my feedback, and super pleasant. Shoutout to Dr. John Kong!

We came here to get our flu and Covid booster. The pharmacy had a nice aesthetic. It was clean, minimalist, but inviting. Dr John, the pharmacist, was accommodating and really patient with my 4 year old daughter. We came in on a Saturday and it was superhero clinic day. He dressed up in a Spider-Man costume ready to give my daughter her flu shot. He had multiple characters Bandaids and was quick with injecting her. After speaking with him, I found him to be very caring. I would recommend taking a look at his website as his pharmacy offers a lot of services not offered by other commercial pharmacies. You can make an appointment to discuss medication changes after a hospitalization, help with using a new glucometers to check your blood sugars, or just to discuss your medications and how they can affect your health conditions. Going forward, we will definitely be switching pharmacy and I recommend that you do too. :-)

Dr. Kong is a medical angel! The level of care and attention to detail I received about my overall health is something I've never experienced with any other pharmacist. I didn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes or feel rushed. If you're looking for quality healthcare and want answers, this is your sanctuary. Him and his team were dressed as super hero's for the kids getting vaccinated! How heroic is that?! There's also plenty of parking in the back of the building. Thank you so much Dr. Kong, I wish all pharmacists were like you! #supportlocal
