Jeremy has to be one of the coolest and funniest sales persons I've met this holiday season! He was funny, personable and it made being in a crowded store less stressful! He helped me out with a return then I came back again for an exchange but it was all good! The manager is also pretty cool too! It's a good group at Pac Sun!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had from the girl named Annie. I came here on a 8/11 Friday morning right when they open at 10AM. I wanted to exchange my pants since I didn't realize they had a tear at the button before purchasing. I called two days beforehand and the guy I spoke to on the phone said I can come in person and exchange them for the same price. First off, the girl was standing there opening the gate but she didn't greet me. No big deal at first, and she noticed I was holding a pacsun bag and went straight for the cashier as I was walking there too - no words exchanged. She didn't ask what the issue was or if I needed something, and she stood at the counter waiting for me to say something. I told her I just wanted an exchange for the pants because there was a tear. She asked me where I found the pants and I pointed in the direction so she told me "Can you go find it". Usually the workers would be the one to look for the correct item and sizing after an issue like this but I tried to brush off her rude tone and walked to go look for it myself. I came back and she didn't say anything for awhile until she told me I would have to pay a difference of $2 something for this "return", I corrected her and said I was originally here for an exchange and NOT a return (because of the tear in the pants) and I shouldn't have to pay a difference - especially since I'm quoting the guy I spoke to on the phone who said I wouldn't have to pay anything. She shook her head and scoffed at me trying to make it known that she was annoyed. I just stood still cause she was being rude to me for no reason and I didn't know what to say. She didn't say anything after and finished the transaction, retrieved a new pacsun bag and flapped it open loudly enough to tell that she was annoyed. She didn't say thank you or anything and just turned around until I was able to speak up and ask for her name and she said Annie.

Lovely employees who are hard working and are always happy! I loved it when I found a vape in one of the pants! I will definitely come back to buy more clothes for sure I love this store!!!

I'm really happy with my experiences with this store. I went in the first days of March to do an exchange and was helped by Trinity. She made my return process super easy and smooth. I called a couple days after for clarity on some questions and was really thankful to be met with patience and thorough help. Following that phone call, I had to go in store again for another return and was happy to be helped by Trinity again and thrilled to find out she was the gal helping me on the phone. I needed help with an exchange and she said, "Oh yeah, I remember talking on the phone with you and your question about this!" Shoutout to Trinity! She is manager material. Her quality level of customer service is rare; the kind that is disappearing these days. Overall the store was clean, organized, and stocked. I got help when I needed a dressing room and the workers there were ready to help.

Incompetent employees. The female Asian manager is the worst retail store “manager” I have ever encountered. PacSun needs to evaluate and train their employees with basic customer service skills.

Unfair policy!I bought Fear Of God Essencial shirt and I would like to return or exchange. The customer service said this brand is final sale. I asked her why nobody told me when I bought this brand? She let me see in the reciept. This means I have to buy before I can see this restriction.

The kids working in this store needs to be retrained on customer service 101! No basic skills to even work at a pop up store yet a lot to a store like this. ZERO skill all together. Visited there on 12/28 - 3 workers were blocking one section and not even greeting their customers. That's correct, we are your customer. They had so many mismatch promotions that critical thinking or common sense was even used.One rack on the back had buy one get one 50% off. Purchased two of the dresses from the same rack and when we got to the cashier, the cashier said each dress has its own promotion. One of the dress is buy one get two free from a rack full of goodwill like items and the other dress has the buy one get one 50% on second item. So we purchased a skirt to get the discount. Then we left. Checked the receipt and the cashier did not even apply the discount on the 3rd item! Went back to the store and told the same cashier that we're missing the 50% off. She turned us over to her manager who is an Asian lady (super rude!) and gave us mix information. In the end, she put the receipt inside the bag and walked away - did not even put the rest of the items we purchased back in the bag. No apologies, no accountability, nothing.Again, these kids need to go back to school or basic training. They act like they work at some high end brand and walk around with a chip on their shoulders. If you didn't have customers, you wouldn't have a job so take care of your customers - that is your responsibility! Don't act like it's a privilege for us to shop at that store. I've always shopped at PacSun and Glendale and have been for many many years, probably when these kids were still toddlers and I've never experienced any bad customer service there!

Terrible customer service, I don't typically write reviews on anything but this place is just awful. The store looks like a mess on a weekday , I get it, weekends can be rough but a Wednesday? with zero customers? Cmon, ya'll can do better than this. The customer service is very poor and made me feel unwelcome, please at least greet your customers, that's the bare damn minimum.

The Asian manager on 7/17/22 was super rude and unprofessional. I was planning on purchasing from this store but the customer service was horrible I left all my items there and drive to the West Covina pacsun

TRASH you cant even try on fear or god clothes what kinda crap is that? this place needs to get it together if people are spending their money they should be able to try on clothes. this is straight up BS i wouldn't recommend people shopping here.

I went to this store on Thursday November 11th around 5:15 PM. As I walked in, I noticed they had the music on quite loud. However, what truly surprised me was the fact that I was then quickly bombarded with the "F" word, the "N" word, the "B" word, and more, NUMEROUS times in the song they were playing! In fact, they were playing the song "No Role Modelz" by J. Cole. And, this was the explicit version of the song. The store manager or owner, or regional manager should listen to this song and determine how appropriate you think this song is for your customers. I am quite shocked that they would play that song in front of its customers. There were several kids and families in the store. In fact, I noticed at least 3 or 4 kids in the store that appeared to be under the age of 10. And, I had my 13-year old son with me as well. I did not appreciate such an unprofessional environment. This was truly a terrible experience.
