The phlebotomist, "Sylvia" should only be dealing with unconscious people. She is rude and has no clue regarding basic courtesies. She should probably consider a career change ... maybe fast food in the back where she has no customer contact.

Avoid this quest at all costs. They take forever and they have no office staff but 1. She's the one drawing blood. Terrible.

Today, Jennie, lab tech extraordinaire, was able to draw my blood with only one attempt. This is a minor miracle since I have the smallest veins imaginable. She was patient and kind.

Prompt and friendly lab technicians. Careful not to cause pain from needle stick.

Most painless and stress free experience I've ever had getting blood taken. The phlebotomist was nice and hit my vein which historically has been hard to hit elsewhere with one clean quick stick and I was done in less than a minute. I didn't get her name but she was kind and professional the entire time. I had made an appointment online and was sure to bring all the required documents that it clearly states you need multiple times (ID, insurance card) and was seen exactly at my appointment time. It was a bit hard to find the right room but once I realized the 4 in 413 meant the forth floor I had no further issues (I was fasting so my brain was a little foggy at first)

The tech, F/H 50's, was rough when drawing blood and bruised my arm. Will not go back to this place.

I would not give these people 1 star much less 5, the phleb is so rude. She came out at 2:30 after waiting with others already and told everyone she was not taking anymore people. She was there all day with no help and we wonder why she is rude. Quest is a multi billion dollar company and they dont have enough people working. Quest should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat customers and employees. Its not about quality fir their customers its about quantity.

My recent experience at this location left such a sour taste in my mouth that I would give this rating zero stars if I could. I have been using this location's services for years and--I don't know if it's financial cuts and/or lack of training--but this place has become a sad dumpster fire of a business. First off, no one is (wo)manning the front desk and you have to check in via a kiosk. It IS a convenient and streamlined process for folks like me, but I imagine it being difficult for someone older to use. Likewise, if you have any questions, no one will be at the front to answer them. And if you don't have an appointment, do not, I repeat DO NOT, bother coming in. In the hour+ I was waiting, the phlebotomist--and the only person working there at the time--saw a whopping two patients. From the many times I've gotten my blood drawn for a full blood panel + urine sample, it has never taken me more than 15 minutes. It's as if the person drawing blood was purposefully drawing out each appointment to see the least amount of patients as possible. To call Quest Diagnostics the DMV of the healthcare system is an insult to the DMV. Lastly, the phlebotomist was rude. She gracelessly dismissed all walk-in patients stating she won't see them. The dismissal of the standby patients isn't my gripe as much as the WAY she communicated it. It was discourteous and bad mannered. Sure, you may be having a poop day or simply hate your job, but we all make hundreds if not thousands of decisions each and every single day; it doesn't cost anything or take much to choose kindness. So please, choose kindness. You don't know what your patients are going through.

I forgot my insurance and there was no one at the window I can talk to. I went home and when I came back they made me to put myself on stand by list and basically never see me. Worst location ever

Didn't have an apt, however they took me right in. They're very kind and professional. They open at 7am, which is very nice.

I've been getting my blood drawn for quite some time at this location but today on 6/5/23 I had the worst experience with quest. Staff member Marisela was very rude to me. I had accidentally misspelled the email for the lab order to be sent over and she told me in a very rude tone that next time it's better if I take the actual physical copy of my lab order I guess she didn't want to do her job and print out the order. Secondly she had the audacity to body shame me when she was looking for my vein she asked if I had drank water which I said yes but she said that for my body type I have to drink more water so she wouldn't have "struggled" to find my vein like if that isn't her job to do. I told her that no one has ever told me that in my many times getting blood drawn and she replied with you can ask anyone and you can even google it , that it doesn't hurt me to do it. Not once was I rude to her. Instead of her being helpful and kind she was very rude and I felt so humiliated. Not one phlebotomist has told me that I need to drink more water because of my "body type". I don't think I will be coming back to this location I left humiliated and sad. I think as a healthcare worker you need to be kind and helpful instead of making you feel dumb and humiliated. I can't imagine how she treats her elders.

This is the worst Lab to go to, the one in Arcadia on Huntington St. Managed by Veronica according to one of the employees. The employees are so rude and wouldn't give there name by gave me the name of their manager Veronica. I came today 5/23/2023 at 11:20am for my 11:30 am appointment. In the reception area, There was no body except my son and I who had an appointment with me. After I checked in I realized I forgot my blood test papers. So I asked them if they would take a text or an email from the doctor's office and they said they wanted it faxed. Doctor's office emailed me a proof that they faxed it at 11:32am I told quest employee that it was faxed and they said they never received it. They ignored me and disappeared. And after I knocked for few minutes a Lady comes back to me and tell me they are on lunch and closed. I told her it is not noon yet, it is still 11:45 she ignored me and left. Never ever go to that location. They are always rude and disrespectful to patients. I used to bring my mother in law, they never treated her with respect whatsoever and they are always very rude.
