My wife loves Hello Kitty since she was very young and still like the Hello Kitty. She like the Hello Kitty Zodiac dolls because she was born in Aprill and she a Aries Hello Kitty is a ram.. Sanrio have a Hugh selection of Hello Kitty items.

It was my first time coming to this Sanrio in Arcadia and I was so excited. But one of the girls working there was pretty rude. My sister and I were by the register just looking at the phone cases and air pod cases. And with attitude the worker said “Do you need help? Because you’re by the register.” With a dead stare. She could’ve nicely told us, “I’m sorry, people aren’t allowed to be next to the register.” Or they should have something to block off the side of the register if it’s an issue. I love Sanrio but I’m not coming back to this one. I recommend the Sanrio in Topanga or Irvine instead.

They have everything Hello Kitty. There is a new version of the fluffy stuffed animals now, but the actual Hello Kitty one was sold out, probably because it's so close to Christmas. But great store for gift shopping.

Bad customer service and rude, walked in with my service dog and they still told me I couldn't be inside. Never have I been so disappointed and discriminated!! Will never come here again.

There was five people working and no one would help us. They acted like they were put off to have to ring up my order. It's a good store that's clean and has a lot of items but the staff if they don't care about the customers make the experience unpleasant. I shop often at sanrio since 1980 and I won't come back to this store. They're much nicer at the Pasadena and Monrovia locations. Terrible customer service ruined it.

large sanrio store with decent variety of merch. Only downside, it gets super congested because the aisles are very narrow. Go on a weekday to have a more pleasant visit!

Thought it was a good Sanrio store. The only con is it's a bit small and can be cramped to walk inside. If you like anything that's produced by Sanrio, it's worth visiting at The Shops at Santa Anita.
