I just took my car in here using Farmers insurance. I always dread having to deal with a body shop. However, Service King (Crash Champions) in Arcadia renewed my faith in body shops. Great quality customer service, friendly people to deal with and I never felt inconvenienced or anxious. They make you feel like you’re part of the family, keep you updated every single day on the progress of your vehicle and a rental car spot is right across the street. I highly recommend this place! Definitely come here for your repair needs.

My car had been hit and it had damage on the tires, rims, front bumper, and on the right side of the vehicle. Everyone there was incredible, from the inspection to the final steps. They not only stand behind their work, but they do great work. I received phone calls with detailed information consistently along the way. I highly suggest using them.

Take more than a week to get a quote. I have to follow up a multiple times to get a simple quote. Really waste my time. Will not recommend.Service: Painting

So far so good. That was weeks ago. My final word of the quality and efficiency performed by Ernesto and David, fixing my car is without words. Great job guys. Thank you to Art as well. Really great service! I worked with Juan throughout the process and he was extremely thorough and professional, keeping me up to date. My car came back looking brand new like nothing happened to it and I'm grateful for how efficient the whole process was. Highly recommend coming here for any car problems

I took the time to write this review to report the poor customer service they have at Service King Arcadia. I was in a not at fault accident back in 2019. This was a shop recommended & approved by my insurance service provider. Service King informed me the work they did had lifetime warranty. I called them to let them know the front bumper/bender they repaired is starting to snap off, (mind you, they left a big gap since they 1st repaired it). They took a lot of pics of my vehicle and told me that I probably hit it somewhere else and are refusing to repair my bumper. I asked to speak to a supervisor who also reiterated that I probably self-induced the bumper damage myself. Mind you, any new hits to the bumber would obviously be seen as dents and/or paint marks or such, however, the bumper is intact, it is only snapping off on the side that was initially damaged. In addition, the center bumper grill blew off and I wasn't even aware of it. This only prives the poor quality of work that was done on my vehicle. Please save your time & money and go elsewhere. I am now having my insurance provider handle the matter. There is no excuse for poor quality work. Let alone not honor the lifetime warranty that was initially warranted. This shop is not deserving of even 1 star, but yelp would not let me post unless I give it atleast 1 star.

Got a small bump from some lady at the grocery store and just needed the rear bumper checked and scratches removed. Service King was in direct contact with the insurance company and I was able to have my car in less than 2 days time. Worked directly with Juan Reyes there and he was extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They also worked directly with the rental car company so EVERYTHING was basically taken care of. The footnote here is that they also did a great job repairing my bumper. Like new! By far, the smoothest and quickest experience I've had working with a body shop and insurance. Highly recommend.

Great service provided by them. We had gone to the service king in San Gabriel where they also did a great job. They did a great job on the cars bumper and got it back to us within the week. They are highly recommended.

Juan was great with the service and updating the progress of the repair. They try to repair your car as soon as possible, and they did a fantastic job. This place is efficient and the repair was great.

The team clearly cares about doing a good job -- not just a "good enough" job. My repair encountered a few delays, but in all fairness it was definitely more complicated than it appeared at first glance. Plus it's 2022; labor shortages and supply chain disruptions are the norm. The team did the best they could and they made sure to keep me updated with the status of my repair. And my car looks better than when I bought it.
