They have decent ice creams and soft serves with egg bubble waffles. But, their pricing is kind of steep ... Tried their Ube and it's not too flavorful

I have tried this place a few times, but I don't think I will go back. The ice cream flavors are disappointing, ranging from mediocre to awful. The last time I went, I ordered the chocolate rolled ice cream, but I had to ask to switch to vanilla because the chocolate was so bitter and sour that it seemed spoiled. For such low quality ice cream, I have to say it is also way too expensive. The service was also poor, with most of the staff having a clueless and indifferent attitude. The only thing I liked about this place was the ambiance. The shop has a nice interior design.

Stale brownies and over priced vegan soft serve that was mediocre at best. $25.57 was the price of a lesson well learned.

omg the worst ice cream I've ever eaten. How can you go wrong with basic flavors?! I sampled 3 flavors and didn't like any but still bought it since I felt bad. Soft serve flavors were more like icees, no milk in them. The scoops were Icey like it was sitting in the freezer for months or melted and refrozen. What a waste of calories and money. Expensive and gross!

We tried the soft serve ice cream but the texture wasn't what I expected from soft serve. Not as creamy, but more like a sorbet. We chose blue cookies with mochi topping in a black charcoal cone and pomegranate with mango topping in a black charcoal cone. The worker was nice and carefully placed the topping, one by one on the soft serve, but unfortunately it still fell off lol. Presentation wise, it looks pretty. I take another star off because they charged $1.49 for the bit of mango topping and 99¢ for the mochi. We felt it was very overpriced for what it was, which was nearly $20 for two cones. Maybe I'll try the other options on their menu next time to see if it's better.

I was so excited to try this place from the reviews on Yelp but I was disappointed overall. Maybe it was just what I ordered?Parking: small lot in back or 24 minute street parking. Yes 24 minutes, very specific I ordered 2 scoops, strawberries & cream and chocolate mint (or something). The ice cream itself is very whipped and airy-- not my cup of tea. There was a large frozen strawberry that was in the middle of the cup so I had to wait for it to melt in order to break it down. I added mochi (which was an extra dollar) and I would not recommend their mochi. Maybe the reviews are for the soft serve? Idk but I wouldn't come back sadly.Inside is clean, plenty of seating, cute shop.

There are three main types of desserts offered between ice cream, soft serve, and rolled ice cream. It seems a little unnecessary to have this many variations of dessert. There are menus posted, but it would definitely be nicer if there were oicture of product more prominently displayed to show the types of desserts offerred. The pricing is higher than what I would expect for what we got. Four scoops around half the size of a baseball each totalled to $18+ (cup container). Waffle cone starts at $12 and bubble waffle cone at $17. I can get preferable volume and quality at lower prices from other vendors I have visited.

I had a great time here and I had no problem finishing my delicious chocolate sugar cone with added Oreo's/ fruity pebbles...All around everyone in my group had a smile on their faces. We enjoyed the outside night ambiance with twinkle lights to set a fun vibrant mood which, is why I'm sure "The Pond Ice Cream exists". I will say for my fuller juicer buttocks ppl out there...,the chairs are not designed to hold all that robustness. So I will say there's that. Fun little goldfish that companies every ice cream. Very cute ode and touch. I wish they had a logo or some sorts and also wish it was on their cups, napkins,...etc. really could help with making it a more memorable experience with product placement. *note* :-) Happy overall!

There was no line to order when I came in the evening. The flavors change everyday so there are many options. If you don't know about the flavor, they can give you samples. I got the hojicha soft serve 1 scoop in a cup ($6.5). They charge 99 cents per topping so I opted out of adding any. The serving size is quite small for 1 scoop and the price you are paying. Very not worth it for just soft serve. I know other places that give a way larger portion for cheaper. In general, the cup and cone prices are just overpriced. I would say only the drink prices seem normal priced. I liked the taste of the soft serve but the portion was just too small for the price. Also the menu is confusing to understand, like you can't really tell what is the price for soft serve cone or cup. Would not be coming again. I would say just to come here if you are curious about the ice cream.

I was in the area and wanted dessert with my friend after dinner so we walked over to The Pond for some ice cream. We both got the hojicha soft serve in a cup. Before deciding on this flavor, I was indecisive since I never tried it before so the employee actually offered samples for us to try. I appreciated that. The menu was a bit confusing at first to figure out the pricing. Ambiance was cool with pretty lights on the windows and back wall. You can a stamp for each dessert item; buy 10 get one free. For $6.50, the soft serve was not worth the price though. Toppings were not free at 0.99 cents each. The cup wasn't even filled to the brim with the soft serve. It was worth trying and for the cute pic but don't think I'll come back.

I really enjoyed the simple cute decors at this ice cream spot. Yelp check in gives a free coke upgrade meaning you can get something like the charcoal cone for free! I tried the milk tea soft serve which was actually really on point to how milk tea tastes. Also tried the dark pineapple which was pretty much just pineapple but black colored. Flavor wise this place hit the spot. The different cone flavors is pretty awesome too, definitely try out the charcoal cone. I will say the price here is a bit more on the pricey side for ice cream, it's like $8 for soft serve and a cone upgrade but it is located in Arcadia. Definitely want to try the waffle next time!
