This bank totally cheat on their customer, do not trust them and any their promotions because they will try their best to trick you not given you the credit ! Never come back , the staff work there do not know anything they only know search online , take you whole day and wasting your time

I came to this bank to ask in come wire transfer. She only write down the swift code for me , and tell me to write down the address on her business card for bank address. Could people work at bank be little more professional and have little better common sense??? So waste time .

The branch phone are always unanswered. Missed their call, but when returning the call message, no one answered for the next whole 3+ hours. Seems like fake phone numbers.

Very unprofessional. I try to open a business account, meet with a lady sitting near the door, she used 45 mins ask me a lot of question, finally told me I can not open account. Last month I stop by Pasadena branch, they only use 15 mins to finish all my new account requirement. Do not waste your time at this branch.

When you walk into this branch you may have the feeling that you're in China. They seem to prefer the Chinese language here instead of English. So, if you speak English, you'd be SOL. But that's not surprising since Arcadia itself has been taken over by the Chinese. It's difficult to conduct banking business at this branch if you don't speak Chinese! On top of all that, the bankers, the tellers, and the managers are all too incompetent to earn my trust or my business! Customer service here is an classic example of what a failing business may look like. They can only go in one direction: down! And that's where the entire US Bank is heading, joining the fate of Sears, Circuit City, and Washington Mutual.

Disappointed ever since the re-vitalization or construction of the branch it has become less and less customer oriented I've gone in during construction and they're only two teller windows/service, nothing against the Asian population but it has become an Asian bank,today (12/31/21) only 2 services person (that secondly does not meet up to a representative;sweatpants and sweatshirt?, unbelievable so disappointed in US Bank Arcadia it's lacking-slaking and disappointing.

Horrible customer service. An error was done on their end which resulted in my account being overdrawn. Instead of realizing their mistake and helping me work it out, they tried to blame it on me. No decent human being would treat me the way I was treated here. Avoid at all costs.
