I would like to sincerely thank and commend a staff member at the post office, his name is Jonathan Lopez, he is a star! He is exceptionally dedicated and professional. I recently had a piece of mail that was not delivered, and thanks to their swift assistance, the issue was located and resolved within just a few hours.
His efficiency, responsibility, and attention to detail left a deep impression on me. He truly stood out as a model of excellence. I hope their efforts can be recognized, as they deserve to be a role model for outstanding customer service.
Thank you again for your help — it meant a lot!

Terrible service terrible manager. DO NOT GO HERE. They will give you a hard time, was just lied to saying I can’t have a “make shift box” a box I’ve made bigger. Been doing this for years every month and never had a problem. Just looked it up online as well and ITS FINE. I won’t be back to this goofy post office. Teach your workers their job
Update: manager also told me neighboring usps store 725 W Duarte Rd, Arcadia, CA 91007. Wouldn’t be able to help me, which was simply not the case because I went directly to that store and ask the manager there himself, in which he told me this is no problem, and shipped my boxes😁. Just like the dozens of other usps store I’ve done this at, shame they don’t know how to do their job and lot to their customers🤦♂️

Frequent long lines, only at most one-two people up front jamming the lines when at least 4-6 can fill up the front. Supervision and above need to do more to adequately staff the front. They also are so not efficient. I wished staff had more knowledge; I just don’t have the best vibes and at night now even homeless encamp around there. None of the drop boxes are accessible to parcels I want to drop off. This post office was never qualitative now they reduce accessibility. This to me is bull.

Quiet post office tucked away in the City of Arcadia. I have passed this area many times before and did not know this post office was even here. There is plenty of parking available too.

Very unprofessional location. You can never reach any clerk or supervisor when calling. They want you to waste time driving over to their office and standing in line to speak to someone. This location needs to be investigated and shut down.

This place doesn’t pick up the phone, but this review is strictly for their mail carrier who I just had a bad experience with. I’m legally parked on the side of the street, the mail carrier pulls up behind me in his truck and repeatedly honks at me to move my car out of his way so he can access the mail box without getting out. All he had to do was go around me, but this was apparently too difficult for him to comprehend. If I wasn’t sitting in the car, is he going to honk at an empty car? He finally goes around me and while he gets out, he glares at me and shakes his head. How lazy can someone get?

Have complained several times that our mail is being delivered to our neighbors. Problem still not fixed. Saturday we had noticed that we did not receive any mail. On the post office site, it shows 8 pieces of mail that we should of received. 4 pieces are very important. Still today Monday did not receive. Going tomorrow to post office.

Here Ms.Tawarn gave me phenomenal service. This morning I sent a courier to India on a regular post but after I left from here, I changed my plan and I came back after an hour, then I requested for a change in sending that courier from regular to priority. With a smiling face Ms.Tawarn made a lot of effort to make the change, She found my courier which was already scheduled for sending and she made all the procedures to send that as a priority mail. I always get good service from this Post Office. But Ms. Tawan is a Gem of a person. Such employees are always a great asset to the company as well as to the society.

Turned me and my pre-paid label back because it was not printed. Claimed they did not have a printer and recommended that I go to UPS to print it and come back instead.
So just go to UPS instead.
