I have packages that were dropped off last month and still haven’t been scanned. Tried calling multiple times but did not pick up. My father dropped them off for me so it’s too far for me to drive there to ask in person.
Update: was given a phone number to call USPS Claim Lost Center and when I called, they cannot find this store in the data base. Cannot find the address on their website either so USPS couldn’t create a claim for me.

Essentially not a post office. Has no basic services compared to that in Wheeler Ave.

For local mail, this place is fine. For international shipping, go elsewhere. I had a package for Germany. I provided a detailed list of what was in the package because German customs there is very strick. But instead of listing each item and its price exactly, the clerk combined items. I sent the package in plenty of time to get to the German location welp before Christmas and even paid $90+ to get it there in 10 days for a 12/17 delivery. But because the clerk chose to dismiss my warning and combined items which the Germans do not like, the package has been stuck in the Franfurt customs office since 12/12/24. It's now 12/26/24. Despite 2 calls to find out what the hold up is, no one can help. So I'm out quite a bit of money because of the lazy inefficiency of this clerk who KNOWS BETTER but chose to take short cuts at my expense. I'll never go back to that location again.

They don’t have a QR code scanner so they won’t take any package with QR code which sucks.

I am mind blown at the kindness I received today at this Post office. Thank you so much lady for helping me reduce the size of my package to save a few dollars. I’m trying to save for a road trip with my family and have been unfortunate to all of the sudden need car repairs as well as a dental procedure due within weeks of my trip I’ve been trying to save for that I will now have little to bring on the trip since these pressing circumstances are very costly. Every little bit of money helps. Thank you thank you ?
