She welcomed us, provided us with details on how to navigate the space, and honestly just had the best energy, so approachable and kind. When I was checking out with her at the end, she took the time to ensure I was taking advantage of all the deals available for the day. I've been depending on delivery services for years after never really having a great experience in a range of dispensaries across SoCal. The whole environment, and Miki, have me excited to take the trip down again. It really is worth it.”

“Great shop, but it’s temporarily closed. Not sure what’s going on. Been trying to go since Saturday 11/2/24. Lights are on inside, and the Open sign is on as well. When you walk up to the door, the inner security gate is closed and locked with a chain and padlock. There’s a handwritten note taped to the inside of the door that says “Temporarily Closed.””

“I've visited Universal Stop twice so far. And I will definitely continue to be a customer. It's a tiny store with 2 parking spots. I've only gone in the mornings and both times were not busy. The owner is kind enough to explain how different products compare so I can make an informed decision. The prices are average, so at least you know you're not getting ripped off. He even has a little cappuccino maker. But I don't think it's for customers haha. Overall, I do recommend this smoke shop!”
