The first time I was happy then I realized the extender wasn’t clipped in when he sized it so I went back a few days later and he resized for me in seconds without any question. “I bought a ring in march at Brea as a gift to myself for starting a new job I had the ring for about 4 months and unfortunately a Swarovski diamond fell off. I was in the area and I decided to stop at this location to ask if there was anything they could do or if I was supposed to go to the Brea Mall where I had originally bought the ring to replace it. Lizette was so nice and helped me replace my ring and I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes! I was so happy with the service and even more happy that I was able to replace my ring at a closer location to my house.
