I usually don't like using Wells Fargo bank. But we had a great experience with Susan Bonilla who was a very thorough personal banker with excellent service.

i have given many chances to this branch before leaving review. have been banking at this branch for 2 years, service is always SLOW. Many times i see that they have 5 to 6 staff inside, but only open 1 or 2 windows while there are 5, 6 people in line. other staff are either talking, standing and watching.

I have been doing business with this bank for many years and this branch is one of my favorites, the tellers are always ready to help you with a smile, they even call me by my last name. Highly recommend it.

The only reason why I give this bank a 1-star is because as a bank customer I expect great customer service specially when your training teaches you to make the client feel welcomed and treated with respect and to try to assist with exceptional customer service.(I know because I used to work at a bank) Anyhow, I came in for a mortgage payment and the teller , Jess seemed like I had her undivided attention throughout the entire transaction! Not only was she not focused she was extremely rude, didn't greet me or asked if there was anything else I needed. When it was time to confirm the amount on the screen she did not say a single word to me just hand gestures pointing to the transaction machine on my side of the window to confirm. Didn't bother to say anything else after I confirmed amount gave me a receipt and that was it. I've NEVER experienced any teller at any bank treat a customer this way. And this isn't the only time this branch has been rude but today was beyond what I normally experience. It's just close to home and convenient but I will no longer be coming here unless the teller(s) change their attitudes.

Idk what's going on with this place the new ppl they're hiring aren't very friendly....the new girl, Justina, is very very rude, doesn't greet, no smile, doesn't thank the customer, her customer service is horrible....if she doesn't like working with people then maybe she should look for a different job....the manager said she'd talk to her about her attitude and I hope she does because ppl like this make the branch look bad....I know I'm not the only one that's complained about this teller....Steven, Ozzie, & Greg are great bankers, but they do need to talk to their new tellers about their attitude and the way they treat customers....

Of all the personal bankers I've encountered, Steven Lam is truly exceptional. He shows genuine care for his customers and goes above and beyond. Steven does what is best for the interest of the customer and does a fantastic job. Don't let the small fish tank size of a store fool you, these tellers and Steven especially, do their very best and is more than efficient than any other traditional branch. Make sure to ask for him to get the best service. This store is in an Albertsons and there is plenty of parking. Super plus is that they are opened on Sunday's.

The only reason i come here is because it's close to home. It took one teller, one manager, and 16 minutes to process one deposit of 20 checks. Seriously needs better training and staff.

I really do not like banks, I think that they are predatory by nature of their business model. Unfortunately I have to go into a bank almost everyday because I own a business and have to deposit my cash sales. This bank is in a Vons and very small, but they have so many employees in that small space and they are very good at customer service. If it gets busy they open another window immediately. They are also very courteous and quick to solve problems, very unusual for a bank.

This bank is a joke, this one cashier had no idea how to approach a situation and the manager has no experience in customer service. Came here for a cash advance and she asked me what was I going to use the money for (rude!), Can she ask those questions? Long story short she couldn't give me the advance because she said I was the 3rd person today that had asked and I guess advancing money is not what banks like to do. I'm so glad I bank with Chase and not Wells Fargo.

Jesus the branch manager is so great to work with. It's not easy to find a good banker. I suggest driving here to open accounts. Especially if you want good customer service.

This is something I don't see everyday. Its an itty bitty Wells branch inside of an itty bitty Albertsons. You have 2 side by side ATMs with 3 teller windows and a banker standing next to the line to help with new accounts off to the side if needed. The staff is quite friendly and smiling ready to help on a moments notice. This part of the store was quite busy, but I had zero issues getting done what I needed. The ATMs are standard walk ups and definitely handled my business. The only problem is that there is no access to this stuff when the store is closed. So that sucks, but other than that this place is working quite well. What do you need? They got it if its cash from your account or interest for your accounts haha Inside of the store it is located almost dead center behind the checker line to the right of the door as you walk in.
