“For my first visit the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly , patient, helpful, and very good service here. There was a nail in one of my tires yesterday, causing a slow leak in my back right tire. They spent sufficient time on patching and fixing the tire. I am very happy with the service and repair, my tire looks and drives like new. I am planning to come here next time I need tires, they have good tires, financing, and payment plans. Thank you!”

I have a Segway Ninebot Mini Pro, and one of the tires developed a hole. What followed was a frustrating experience. I went to several tire shops, but nobody could help me. One shop even damaged the tire while attempting to repair it. Another shop told me I would have to wait until September 30 for an appointment. Other tire shops simply sent me away and told me to go to a bicycle shop.
Then I went to Fair Oaks Tire Shop and met Peter.
At first, Peter was going to send me away too, but I explained that I had already been turned away by several shops. He took a look at my tire and, without even asking me for money, immediately started working on it.
Peter discovered that the tire had actually been compromised and damaged beyond repair. He told me I needed to order a new tire and said he would install it for me.
I ordered the replacement tire from Amazon. Two days later, I brought it to Fair Oaks Tire Shop, and Peter immediately took care of it. He installed the new tire, put air in it, and had my Segway working again. He made it look so easy!
What impressed me most wasn’t just his skill. Peter was kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. He had absolutely no attitude, even after so many other shops had turned me away.
He didn’t even ask me for payment. I was so grateful that I insisted on paying him and his friends for their help.
After all the frustration I went through, Peter was the person who finally solved the problem.
Peter can do what no other tire shop could do!
I am extremely grateful to Peter and everyone at Fair Oaks Tire Shop for helping me. I highly recommend this shop, and I will definitely be going back to Peter for all my future tire problems.

“Very happy with the repair work that was done on my wheel. I had hit a LA pothole and developed a slow leak on my tire. I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told to just come to their new location (25 S. San Marino Ave) sometime before 10am. Sure enough, in about 90 minutes my tire was repaired. The gentleman doing the work was kind enough to show me the damage, quote me a price and even allowed me to sit and watch as he worked on repairing it. Having never had a bent rim repaired, I found the process fascinating. We had a nice wide ranging conversation and he even introduced me to a delicious eggplant spread from Armenia and told me the best market to buy more at! With LA roads I'm sure I'll end up with more wheel damage and I now know a great place to get it repaired.”
“Our motorhome needed new tires, and we had been putting it off for quite some time. We finally booked an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM. When we arrived, we were greeted by Alex, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We were in and out in less than an hour and a half.
The staff here is outstanding—very attentive and quick to address any concerns we had. I especially appreciated that as each wheel was removed, I had the opportunity to inspect my brake calipers, pads and wheel hubs.

“Love this place! The guy here is always super nice and fast. He knows a lot and you can tell he loves what he does. He will actually take time to explain things to you, unlike big chain mechanic services that overcharge, make you wait for hours, and don't explain anything. I didn't even need an appointment here, I was in and out in about 40 minutes with a line of 5 people ahead of me. He goes above and beyond and deserves all the business he gets. Super quick but does an excellent job. My car drives so much smoother and I'm so happy we found this place!”

This place is owner operated by an awesome human being named Mike. He personally works on and oversees his team on each vehicle he transforms. I live on the westside where there are multiple choices of places to customize cars. No one on the westside does this level of detail. The owner of the best and most respected body shop in West LA, commented to me that he is never seen this level of detail at any other shop on the westside. It is well worth the drive to have your ride customized properly. And I promise you you will pay less than any place on the westside as well. But trust me, it's not about the price, it is about the excellent quality of product and service that you will get at Elevated.This is a 2018 Tesla S. P100D. The work done was full matte PPF, Chrome delete (door handles powder coated FYI), and window tint. Wheels were powder coated. And there was a little paint of the badges as well.
