I recently visited Tatiana at the Windsor store and I must say, she was an absolute lifesaver! I was in search of outfits and accessories for my friend's bachelorette weekend, and Tatiana was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process.From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and then went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces for the occasion. She was also patient as I tried on different outfits and accessories, offering feedback and suggestions along the way.Thanks to Tatiana's assistance, I was able to find everything I needed for the bachelorette weekend!

My friends and I were shopping with our daughters on Martin Luther king Day at around 5pm estimate. We were shopping for dresses for a school dance . My friend asked if her daughter can try on some dresses and the girl working that day told her the dressings rooms were not open, there was a rack in front of it. So I thought I ask a second time, and said to the girl with her hair curly and pulled back why aren't the dressing rooms open, she replied with an attitude, saying because we have to take our breaks and we don't have enough people, she appeared angry and bothered and rolled her eyes. I looked at her and was appalled at her attitude oppose to what she said. I have been working in the retail sector for many years and I know that there is instances and situations that are out of our control but we are still in the customer service business and our customers are very important to brick and mortar stores during these hard times. With that said I would have handled this differently, definitely wouldn't have employees that can't handle the pressure during difficult situations. We are very busy women who took the day to have a shopping event with our daughters and this experience was definitely not a pleasant one.

They do have a $7 sale. You can't go wrong with that right? I went in to check. There were 2 racks of them. My eye caught a lovely burgundy Romper. The style is chic. And the color is good for the holidays. The material feels good on the skin. Soft and light. Customer service is good. The lady offered help. Informed me that it is a final sale. It was a good shopping experience.

I went in to this store and worse service ever from Brenda. I asked for help on an outfit and she didn't want to help me because she was on her phone. It was like she was deciding whether she wanted to help me or not. She doesn't accommodate with her employee's. She does what she wants. She isn't fair with them. However, she needs to be fired. I will not be coming to this store again if she is still working here.

This is the place to go when I go shopping for clothes. They've always been nice and helpful. I even ask them for advice on outfits if I can't figure it out on my own. The last time I was there I really liked a blazer and wanted to purchase it, but they said they didn't have a smaller size. I asked if they could please order it for me & they said no. She said I would have to pick it up at West Covina. I did mention I had a similar situation a few weeks before & they were able to order it and ship it to my house. She said she couldn't do that idk why. So I just left it at that. I did want it, but I'm not driving out there just for a blazer. Lol Also, they were close not too long ago. There was a note stating they were closed & West Covina was open. Sooooo now I'm wondering....are they closing this store?? I hope not!

As we all know shopping for dresses is very draining! Walked in to Windsor with my niece and immediately were greeted by Kayla. She directed us to the dresses where we were approached by Yenen. Yenen was so helpful in finding the sizes we needed and setting up a fitting room for us. After the 3rd dress we were sold! Even with a busy store Kayla and Yenen were very helpful and patient with everyone making sure we were all being helped. 10/10 recommend you coming to see these lovely ladies!

My day was made by manager Brenda hopefully this makes hers. I experience many encounters of customer service but this visit at Windsor made a difference. She was very kind talking to customers and asking something so simple like how was their day. She is extraordinary with her fast pace. She made sure we left happy with our purchase. I would recommend coming to this location and asking for her if you have any occasion coming up. I told her she stood out to me yet she was so humble. My daughter and I will be coming back. Thank you Brenda!!

Cayla Suzanne and Brenda Silva (Manager) were so rude to my Mom today! Cayla initially short changed my Mom and was rude and disrespectful when she brought up the issue. Cayla said that there was a shipping fee that they don't return, when there absolutely was not a shipping fee return charge! When Cayla realized she was wrong, there was no apology. She was condescending about the amount she needed to refund, and she also blamed the issue on the number of items my Mom was returning instead of owning up to her mistake. (Who would ever blame the customer when it's the employee's responsibility to do her job correctly!?) When my Mom asked for the manager, they made her wait 10 minutes until the manager came out claiming they were doing "calculations" in the back. The customer service here is so wack! Shop elsewhere or you will have to deal with rude employees who don't care about their customers.

When you walk into this windsor, ask for YENENE! She helped me pick out a last minute dress, was very helpful, I walked out satisfied will definitely come back.
