Excellent Service. Briana went over and beyond of what I expected when I asked her about the cleaning process of my jewelry. She also explained to me the difference between Diamonds and Clear Sapphires which looks like Diamonds. I thought my tennis bracelet were Diamonds. Briana was thorough and patient. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give her 10 Stars. Very Kind!

Such an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was looking for a quinceanera necklace and was fully expecting to compromise on what I wanted for a design and was completely surprised when I was informed that we would be able to custom make this necklace, which added so much more significance to the pendant as I was able to make it in memory of my nieces cat, and she LOVED IT!! The whole experience would not have been as amazing if not for my wonderful jeweler Esmeralda. Having never really worked with a jeweler I expected to be met with disregard for my preferences and just looking to make a quick sale but this could not be further from what I experienced. She was warm and patient and guided me every step of the way with the utmost care and consideration. This whole journey felt like it was our project instead of just mine alone. Truly words cannot express how much I appreciate how incredible of a jeweler I was fortunate enough to have and cannot wait to do this again in the future. Thank you Esmeralda!!
