My recent experience at this store was deeply disappointing. The cashier displayed an unprofessional and discourteous attitude, which only worsened when I attempted to address her directly. Unfortunately, this is not the first instance of encountering such behavior at this location. Given that numerous other reviews highlight similar concerns, it appears this is a recurring issue. I sincerely hope that management takes prompt action to address these customer service deficiencies and ensure that all staff uphold a higher standard of professionalism.

I purchased an item in store for in store pick up. I used my credit card. The item delivered to the store later than estimated date. So I called to return the order and get a refund. I never picked up the order but after so many days they their site says you’ll receive a refund if not picked up. After a month a waiting for my refund I called and was told I have to fill out a form that ask for bank name, account number and routing number. This is not a secured site. I said I rather have it go back to my credit card or get a store credit. They have my money and I want it back. If I don’t want to provide my bank information on a non secured site I shouldn’t have to. They could send me a check. They refuse to give me my refund via alternative method. This is theft at this point

Horrible service I went upstairs to get clothes and couldn’t pay there only one employee and she said there is no employee to ring my stuff. Came down and cashiers closed the window on my face and didn’t even gave me an eye contact or say smth that someone will be right with iyou. May be upper management can pull the videos and see who is the manager today April 13, 2025 at 6:15pm and Hope will do smth about it

Not shopping here anymore . Overpriced clothes and poor customer service. 👎 said they gave me a receipt when they didn’t. Had to spend 20 minutes on a phone after calling their customer service line and being out on hold 4 times just to get my receipt was insane! And all because the lady told me it was there when I showed her my receipt it wasn’t the receipt. I don’t like this place at all and will not be spending here anymore. It used to be a great place to shop. And the one in Glendale is not any better unfortunately either

I was at the Zara Store 11-20th-2024. I bought a leather jacket and pants. But the custom service was terrible at the store. The staff were laughing at the customers. The sales people had no politeness for the customers. The cashier were laughing at the customers. It was bad customers service from the employees. The staff was racial discrimination, gender discrimination, sexist discrimination. Worst store in Arcadia.

Absolutely awful service at Zara. They didn’t remove the sensor from my purchase, and when I returned to have it taken off, they refused because I didn’t have the receipt. I even showed them my bank transaction as proof, but they still refused to help. I wasn’t planning on returning anything, so I didn’t keep the receipt. The staff’s attitude was horrible, making it seem like it was my fault. Now I'm stuck trying to deal with this on my own. Zara needs to train their staff better and improve their customer service. This is unacceptable.

The customer service at the Arcadia store is severely lacking, the customer support is just terrible. All the managers seem to be terrible, particularly the old woman. The employee and her were both hostile with poor customer service skills. Staff members are also unhelpful and rude, often refusing to provide any assistance.

The old lady manager is absolutely terrible I'm never going back again. She lacks customer service skills and should not be working in customer-facing jobs. She was very rude and hostile. She stopped us from leaving the fitting room after trying on clothes and made us fold the clothes back for her while she stood there and watched.

Customer service is nonexistent at the Arcadia store! Logical skills are also lacking! Pictured is the worst “manager” the employee before her was hostile bc of her lack of customer service skills. I tried to explain the issue to this “manager” but in her imagination she said I used profanity. She refused to give me their names so here is her pic!

Very bad customer service. Rude employees. The manager's name is Andrew very unpleasant person. He can't be a manager and treat his customers sadly. He is a very sad person himself. I'm hoping he will be fired very soon or he is going to bring more problems to the store management. Learn how to speak with r customers and how to treat them. No talent. Being rude u r not gone go anywhere. Change r self till it's too late.

I encountered an issue at the cashier's desk where I was informed that the item I intended to purchase on sale was not, in fact, discounted. Upon confirming with another associate, it was evident that the item was indeed on sale. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the cashier, who identified herself as the manager named Jossany, accused me of talking about her and subsequently refused to allow me to make the purchase.I requested to speak to the manager, only to be told that Jossany was, in fact, the manager. I found her behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous. Despite my attempt to address the issue and seek clarification on the inaccurate pricing, I was threatened with the involvement of security if I did not leave the store immediately.To proceed with the purchase, my sister attempted to buy the item for me, but Yosi declined to ring her up, instructing her to approach another cashier instead. This entire experience left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.I believe that as a customer, I should be treated with respect and that store personnel, especially those in managerial positions, should be capable of handling customer complaints in a more professional manner. Unfortunately, my encounter with Jossany has left me with a negative impression, and I am hesitant to continue shopping at this location.
