Very bad customer service. Rude employees. The manager's name is Andrew very unpleasant person. He can't be a manager and treat his customers sadly. He is a very sad person himself. I'm hoping he will be fired very soon or he is going to bring more problems to the store management. Learn how to speak with r customers and how to treat them. No talent. Being rude u r not gone go anywhere. Change r self till it's too late.

I encountered an issue at the cashier's desk where I was informed that the item I intended to purchase on sale was not, in fact, discounted. Upon confirming with another associate, it was evident that the item was indeed on sale. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the cashier, who identified herself as the manager named Jossany, accused me of talking about her and subsequently refused to allow me to make the purchase.I requested to speak to the manager, only to be told that Jossany was, in fact, the manager. I found her behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous. Despite my attempt to address the issue and seek clarification on the inaccurate pricing, I was threatened with the involvement of security if I did not leave the store immediately. To proceed with the purchase, my sister attempted to buy the item for me, but Yosi declined to ring her up, instructing her to approach another cashier instead. This entire experience left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.I believe that as a customer, I should be treated with respect and that store personnel, especially those in managerial positions, should be capable of handling customer complaints in a more professional manner. Unfortunately, my encounter with Jossany has left me with a negative impression, and I am hesitant to continue shopping at this location.

FYI, this is the worst, rudest Zara you will ever visit. In general, Zara's not known as a terribly friendly store, right?... but some are worse than others. Been to several in Southern CA and I have to say, without reservation, that this one takes the cake!! The people who work here truly act as though they can't stand the customers. So many years in the States and you'd think Zara could get it together about customer service. Maybe it's a mgmt problem at this particular store, but Zara Arcadia employees... please try to do your job with a smile, even if you're unhappy. Geez!! It's not the customer's fault. After all, we are the reason you're there.PS. I do think the Pasadena store is the friendliest Zara I've been to. Helpful with a better attitude. Worth driving there to avoid the Arcadia store.

Charging 10 cents for bags in a clothing store is absolutely wild. TD am I supposed to do, walk around with the clothing I buy in my hands? Zara has pretty subpar quality but at least before it was affordable It's now turned into a glorified forever 21. The selection is also pretty limited and every register has a long line. They need to make some serious changes lest they go the way of a lot of these other stores.

I visited the store today with my service dog. To my dismay, the store employee didn't seem to welcome us and asked us to leave the store, even though I had provided him with proof of the service dog's. I urge Zara to reconsider its pet policy and train its staff adequately regarding service dog regulations and their rights to enter publice establishments. It was a terrible experience and I don't think I'll ever enter any zara store again!

First off let me start by saying I've probably spent about 5k in the last 6 months shopping here for self, husband, and son, and never really had an issue. Staff doesn't really attempt to help with shopping experience or finding things but none the less no problems. Today however I had the worse experience, and won't be going back. Have a funeral coming up and some stuff in my online cart wouldn't ship fast enough for myself and family. SO I went into the store to get in person.Got several options for a pant suit in separates (maybe 10 items or so) and instead of lugging them around just decided to ask if dressing room could hold them so I can exchange size on a couple and then buy the rest. The girl who helped me was very kind and said that they don't hold stuff up front as a policy but she would close the curtain to my dressing room with items and I could come get them when done. (Actual customer service) 10mins later come back with about 6 more items and some other girl put them back. When I explained to her and asked where she would have put them on "go back" rack so I could grab what was mine and checkout she was SO RUDE. She got so bratty and had a problem with me getting the things of the go back racks that were in my original room. She told me I was in her way and she needed the rack to work, I told her I wanted a manager and she told me to go get one, and I could leave the clothes shed "watch them" (no hold policy???) I told her no I wasn't leaving any clothes with her and she then told her coworker get a manager. The manager was kind explained policy which wasn't the problem. The problem was that little girls attitude and BEYOND RUDE interaction. FOR ONE- how are you going to penalize people buying large quantities of things, by making them hold it all. TWO- how are customers supposed to know your policy?!THREE- have some customer service skills in your retail staff that INTERACTS WITH CUSTOMERS ZARA CORP. Honestly I liked this store before today, it's big, the layouts pretty clean and this one little girl ruined my view on it. Then I started noticing ALL OF THE STAFF look miserable doing their job. They don't ask you how your shopping experience was at checkout and instead look miserable or talk amongst themselves. Didn't end up getting to find all that was put on rack and that's ok because I'd rather go elsewhere. Attn: Little fluffy haired girl with accent & massive mole thing on right side of the face, ADVICE: if you don't like your job get one you do like, I didn't force you to work there don't try to ruin my day with your misery. Also I emailed your corporate offices about my experience.Attn Manager of store: try harder your staff is terribleAttn Zara: seriously? Do better with quality control people spend more at your store when they feel your staff care even a tiny bit & make the EXPERIENCE worth paying for. Here's an included pic of my hand from holding the hangers of clothes I was trying to have held to buy until I checked out.

Terrible store with miserable employees I feel sorry for Zara corporate, restaff! Everyone at checkout and fitting rooms is angry and impersonal. Heaven forbid you ask for help or for them to do their actual job. Note to corporate: THIS MAKES YOUR BRAND LOOK TERRIBLEI'd rather risk a non fitting item and shop online. Sad.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the sweetest employee, Juan!!! Thank you sooo much for taking the time to check back storage for my dresses!!! :D I will think of you and the story of how I got the dresses every time I wear it! I was watching a Zara haul video and the vlogger showed this beautiful black dress that I just had to have. I went on the Zara website and to my surprise it was on sale from $130 to $20?! I would have resisted buying it at the $130 price but because it was at such a bargain, I was obsessed. Unfortunately it was completely sold out online and sold out in stores all around Nevada. Some people are selling it used on poshmark and eBay but at full price. I wouldn't mind buying a used dress but I wanted the $20 price point! The last of its stock was left in this Zara and a couple other malls in LA. After exhausting all my resources like reaching out to friends I have in LA and calling Zara to see if they're able to ship from the store (If you call Zara, you're unable to reach the store directly and also they do not ship. You would have to go to the store directly) I felt so let down. Someone really aught to make a service where they buy and ship the item for you in these situations. Has this ever happened to anyone else? All the while I was praying Lord God pleassse if there is a way, I've done everything I could do on my end, now if it's your will, please make a way! I figured some time later down the line He would help me find it on poshmark or something. He's done that for me before with another dress I wanted but was way over budget. Years later He got it for me new with tags in my size and at a heavily discounted price so I had faith maybe He would do that again. Funny thing is, the seller posted that dress on my birthday 10/21 so I knew it had to be of God! Since the dress was several years sold out of store at that point, it was literally the last one in the color I wanted and exactly in my size. God may not answer your prayers there and then or in the way you want Him to answer, but if you're persistent in prayer, He will work a miracle. The next morning it came over me to want to drive to LA as a day trip, buy the dress and fill some food cravings I had for El Taurino burritos haha! I reached out 6:00am to a good friend/church friend to see if he wanted to accompany me and being the down to earth guy that he is, he texted right back and said yes!! So I got washed/dressed and went to pick him up and we drove the 4 hours up there haha! I didn't realize when we finally got to Zara that there was a whole sales rack section I would have to dig through. I thought, surely if it was on those racks, it would have been picked over. In a panic I combed through every item of clothing and all the while praying it would be in there. I had faith somehow that God had me covered. That surely I didn't drive all this way to be disappointed! I was so gutted when I didn't find it in there. Yet online it said they had 1 S and 1 XS left! An employee told me all the sale items would be out on those racks and maybe it was already in someone's hand or purchased and not updated. I asked to check the go backs and even walked the entire store to see if someone may have left them in a random section, all the while praying for a miracle. I knew if it was possible that it was purchased but not updated online, it would be true for the other malls that listed they had a couple remaining stock and I was so deflated. As a last ditch effort I stopped the amazinggg Juan and he looked the style number up on his device and saw that since it was listed they had it online, he said he would go check the back for me. After some time of pacing, sweating and internal begging to God for a miracle, my heart JUMPED with happiness and relief as Juan came around the corner carrying the last 2 dresses in store! Surely if they were on the rack, someone would have picked them over but surely God saved them in the back room for me!!! Don't say it ain't a God thang, don't say it

Zara Arcadia has been always my go to and must go LA district fashion store, not only it has the style I wanted, more importantly look at those unbeatable prices, confort brand and reliable material with great style with most affordable pricing, that’s the marketing of Zara, most updated Milan Style at most affordable price. Especially at this location, this is not my first year shopping here, it’s been years and years and they still got the style and less than $30 for a style skinny pant.

This is probably the worst Zara store I have ever been in the world. There is no customer service, zero. No one to help you with anything and one cashier on a busy 4th of July weekend with 16 people in line to pay. WoW... poor cashier sweating and stressing while working as fast as he could. What is corporate thinking??? The store was a mess, mixed clothes everywhere, I couldn't find anything decent to purchase cause it was so unorganized. It felt like a tornado had passed through the store. I'm in shock. But there was a great sale happening, specially at the men's department with suits.

This location used to be great. I don’t know what caused a culture change. I came to return and there were 4 people stood in return line. 3 cashiers chatting like we don’t exist. After a few minutes, someone yelled” hello we are here waiting”. Then all cashiers spreaded out to each register and started to work. I was intended to buy some pants after the return, but this experience total killed my mood.
