Awesome. Employees are always kind and very helpful. Went in to get some paint to color match and they took care of me so quickly. After being given the run around by Sherwin in Eureka- I gave up and am glad I went to Ace. Makes me happy to live in a neighborhood with a great hardware store. Thank you so much!!

Great selection and convenient. The staff is attentive but unfortunately not very knowledgeable outside of telling you where something is. If you need someone who knows what they’re doing I would recommend Pearsons.

Very friendly, very patient, and helpful. I was looking for a doorbell transformer. I called asking questions, and the man was patient with my questions, even though I knew some were redundant. I ended up driving in to ask more questions, and they were great all around. I appreciated the excellent customer service. THANK YOU

Needed some wood screws and some contact paper for lining my storage shelves. I felt lucky to have an employee who was competent to help me. He showed me the types of things that I could choose from, I purchased the best items for my need. Great place to shop ?

Employees are super helpful. They always ask if I need any help and they're great to bounce ideas off of because I might have one idea but they might have a better one or might suggest a diffrent material that will last longer or will be cheaper.
