Wonderful owners and fabulous whiskey. The clear is by far my favorite, but if you’re lucky enough to catch one of their collaborations with various local businesses DO IT!! Great addition to the community.
Alchemy Distillery is a husband and wife team producing small batch, single barrel spirits under the brand name Boldt.
We source our ingredients as locally as possible with our wheat, rye and triticale grown just 80 miles away.
Boldt spirits are available in local stores, restaurants and bars and we can sell direct to consumers in CA. via our web site under the "purchase" tab.
In 2023 we completed the Boldt Tasting Room! It is the storefront to our distillery's production area and the address is 324 South G Street.
We do not have set hours but rather host pop ups periodically (a couple of times a month).
