“My family had such a great experience renting from this company. We got into an apartment that was bigger and less expensive than most other apartments for rent at the time. The laundry at the coin op laundry on site was only $1.50 per wash and per dry. Maintenance was quick to respond to most of the concerns we had. Neighbors were very friendly. The staff here is busy and it does take a while for a response via phone or email but I can understand that.
If you take good care of your rental, & do your best to clean THOROUGHLY, you will get most of your deposit back.. It's just part of being a good tenant.
