Boat\\RV storage Security is a joke, sure great resolution cameras, with no light where my RV was broken into, so it saw nothing, live in on site in trailer maintenance\\security, with a dog if I recall correctly, no help, other than putting plastic up over the side window that was broken into. Many tools, box of tools, wrenches, sockets etc, plus power tools stolen, plenty broken into looking for some possible secret stash I can only guess, pictures torn off walls, cheap worthless safe I never bothered with was broken open, was only kids drawings in there apparently from what was left, also taken several cans of chili, soda, thick warm cheap coat i got from Goodwill, what is weird is the pricey stuff left in favor of other cheaper stuff, making me think they were stealing for their own RV\\trailer, like a Magnum Energy, ME-AGS-S that only an RV person would have any clue about the value of that was stolen(I never heard of it until a while after getting my own RV)Most annoying thing is the broken window, still haven't found replacement other than annoying floppy acrylic window that while keeping the weather out, rattles and is just plain annoying , I'll have to find custom glass place or find the a glass window replacement from salvage. FYI my RV is 40ft 1996 motorhome. Was pretty much nicest looking one on the lot, but that wasn't saying much there. And my RV wasn't there a year before it was broken into, so ya, store at your own risk.

Really lovely spot. Easy to set up and rent a unit, easy process, and really close to town. I feel incredibly happy to have my belongings in a secure location. I chose a second floor unit and appreciate Harry taking the effort to show it to me before renting. The price is perfect and we reviewed everything so that we were on the same page. Looking forward to doing business longterm with Arcata Bay Self Storage!

the building is very old and DRY!. No alarms on individual lockers. NO On-Site Manager. Only there for an hour each day, if that. The manager is very cold and even though ive been a customer there for over 6 years, he still always says "what can we do for you?" every time i come to pay a bill..every month.

Arcata Bay self storage has been our place to store our equipment for our non-profit organization. Harry ( manager) has been incredibly helpful. He is easily reachable via phone or email. The area is always clean and grass mowed. We feel perfectly safe on the grounds with the extensive security he provides. Prices are definitely reasonable and discounted on an annual basis. We are so happy this is our storage partner.

Honestly, we had such a hard time finding any available space in the Eureka area that the simple fact they had something available gets them at least four stars. But Harry the proprietor was great (as was Victor, the office dog). A thoroughly professional and even enjoyable experience.

I’ve had a storage unit here for almost 4 years, extremely friendly staff with a warm welcome from Victor the friendly office dog every time I come in! Definitely recommend this place! I rented another storage unit from another company and Arcata bay self storage is definitely your best choice in Humboldt!

I've had a couple months where I've moved around a lot so I haven't been with self storage for more than a few months but in that short amount of time the staff has left an impression! Super friendly, super accommodating and helpful, and Victor, the office dog is adorable to boot. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs self storage.

We've been a customer for 2 years and never had a problem. I've been burned in the past from storage units before but never once with them. They are very kind, attentive, cute dog, overall great serve and good people. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this storage facility for both outdoor and indoor storage. Their rates cannot be beat and I have had storage here inside and outside going back several years. Communicating with the manager Harry, has always been pleasant and professional.
