I spoke to a very friendly and helpful man on the phone, unfortunately when I went in I spoke to another man who was so incredibly RUDE! He was condescending and insulting.

Don't bother unless you're interested in a lecture about "misconstruing a business name for a nonsensical service", these corporate types couldn't replace the joy of pressing your bugs with your own fingers anyhow.
