I was told by the software my prescriptions would be ready. When I went in the pharmacist decided on her own accord that I was not entitled to the medicine and told me I could not have it until the 17th. So either the SOFTWARE is broken or the PHARMACIST is BROKEN. It is too bad because the staff are all very nice. Crazy how one person can DESTROY a business.. Go ELSE where where your doctor gets to tell you what you can and cannot have!

I had a wonderful cashier. She was kind, spoke with softness and grace. She was tall, pretty, black, was wearing a white skirt. I hope she knows her kindness is very appreciated. The store itself is kind of a mess.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I never leave reviews but had to sign in to say that you should never get a prescription sent here. I had my doctor send my prescription to this pharmacy 4 days before I went to pick it up. The pharmacy said they didn’t have it. I called my doctor and they said it must’ve been sent to Barnes. I went to Barnes and they said they don’t have it either and that they’ll call my doctor. I called Barnes 30 minutes later and they said my doctor sent it to CVS. I called CVS and was told that my prescription was ready and to come get it before 6. I got there at 5:40 and was told that they were out of stock of my prescription and that an order was sent for it to arrive in 2-3 days. This was on a Thursday, so I couldn’t come in over the weekend. I called on Monday and was told that my prescription was ready. I came in at 5:30 and the pharmacy was closed. When I asked the cashier why it was closed before 6 I was told that the pharmacist had to leave early. I came in at 10:30 on Tuesday and the pharmacy was closed again. I was told that the pharmacist was late and wouldn’t be there until 2 pm. THIS PLACE SUCKS. NEVER EVER GET A PRESCRIPTION SENT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Been dealing with late prescriptions for months only for the situation to get even worse after they decided to cut open hours even more than they already were. Switching to Barnes from now on because for some inexplicable reason I need to manually call-in for a refill of medication that's already on auto refill, and even after calling I've had to wait over a week in some instances for my prescription to be ready.

It once took 10 days for them to refill my anxiety medication after it had completely emptied. 10 DAYS. I couldn’t go outside, I couldn’t go to school, I got maybe 2 hours of sleep a night, and I could barely even eat. Truly the most evil and greedy pharmacy company ever.

I got my wisdom teeth out had an expedited pain med and antibiotic prescription, even called to make sure it would be ready before we got there (hours before) still wasn’t ready!!! I’m fact took them two more hours, of sitting in agony idk how this is legal or ok on any level

I'm sure the people who work here are hardworking, but they NEED to hire more people. Service is inadequate. Calling the pharmacy will always result in huge wait times. There's always a line in store. The people who work here are clearly stressed and understaffed! Even showing up when pickup time was set, the order often isn't ready. F--k CVS! Whoever manages this location is a m0r0n.

Nice staff (they should unionize), truly awful company. Keeps stores understaffed to put money in shareholder pockets, at the expense of customers and employees. Came in three times today trying to get my prescription, the first time the pharmacy was closed during their open hours, was told to come back after 2:00, came back, waited for 20 minutes in line, even though there were only 3 people in line ahead of me. Got to the front of the line only to be told to come back later because my prescription wasn't ready yet. So now I have to go back in at 5:00 when everyone else will be waiting to pick up their rx, and be in line for at least another 40 minutes.

Horrendously understaffed. My doctor called in four time sensitive prescriptions yesterday morning and they have been “processing” for over 24 hours. Called to see what the problem might be and was on hold for an hour and a half before I gave up and came in myself. The line literally went to the back of the store from the window, it was ridiculous. When I FINALLY got up to the window, they told me there was nothing they could do and that they’d be ready tomorrow, TWO DAYS after my doctor called them in. Again, these are time sensitive medications that I will face real, physical consequences for not taking in a timely manner. Completely unacceptable. CVS, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES, YOUR PENNY PINCHING IS CAUSING THE THE COMMUNITY TANGIBLE SUFFERING.

Impressive use of negative space. I took my wife in for a few items and have never got through a cvs so quickly! Each aisle has only a few items which made deciding they had nothing I wanted and leaving a breeze!
