My little brother mailed me a package on 11/04/24. It never came. Upon further investigation, found out that the package is sitting in Arcata. They're claiming that they tried to deliver it, but couldn't find my address. Bunch of BS. They said I can't go pick it up from their office. And they're saying that I can't have it delivered to my house now. But they're perfectly willing to deliver it to the Dollar General. What the hell? What is wrong with this company? I will never do business with them again. Ever. Absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with in my life

My shipment has been saying it will be delivered two days in a row and today it said it would be delivered by 1:30 and it still isn’t here and I can’t get a human person online to talk to them. This is ridiculous.

Your Drivers do not Knock or ring doorbells and just leave a note and leave with package. Horrible delivery drivers.

Just received a package via FedEx. The driver stood at the bottom of the 2 steps up to my front door and tossed the package onto the porch in front of the door....that package was a 35 shade make-up palette! Multiple shades are shattered with the pieces spread all through the case!!! How hard would it have been to walk the package up the 2 steps like the other delivery services do?? We're paying for our packages, often gifts, to arrive intact and not broken. Geez!

I really hate getting packages sent via fed ex that have to go through Arcata. They NEVER deliver to my gate, they NEVER deliver on time. They always claim 'Weather Delay" and sometimes it takes a week for the package to finally show up. I realize that Zenia Ca is not the center of town, but seriously, if you can't see fit to deliver the package, decline the job and let the USPS do the job. The postal service is always better then this FedEx.
