Big sale prices today, 30 bucks more than ace hardware up the road. 2904-22 was on sale all over the country and the internet for 299 + an additional battery. I wanted to support local, but 329 was a bit much.

The repair staff and manager here are horrible. Took three months to get a part in and now I’m being told another three months to repair the tool because of a back log.. the shop manager informed me it is my responsibility to know that I needed to leave the tool with them when I ordered the part to get in line.. sorry folks but it’s not the public’s responsibility to know your store / shop policies. It’s your responsibility to convey the information to your customers so that decisions are made based on the correct information. But hey, I can always pay double the labor upfront to move to the front of the line.. thanks for nothing Humboldt Fastners.

After going out of town, actually seven hours away from home I came across this shop totally cool people staff are great helpful I recommend the shop to people who travel from job to job

Brought in Makita Drill for repair, they replaced chock for $60, week later same issue, they say its now something else, not worth fixing. What a waste of time and $$.

Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. If you want a power tool this is the place, and they had a great selection of Packout storage stuff. Their hand tool selection was laughable though, I think their screwdriver selection was 1 combo 11in1 style screwdriver and that was it. Bummed I couldn't give them my business, but I'll be back if i ever need an impact.
