Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. If you want a power tool this is the place, and they had a great selection of Packout storage stuff. Their hand tool selection was laughable though, I think their screwdriver selection was 1 combo 11in1 style screwdriver and that was it. Bummed I couldn't give them my business, but I'll be back if i ever need an impact.

BEWARE: You may only be going in for a box of lag screws, but if you are like me, you'll end up walking out with a Makita rotary hammer and Bosch impact. The tool selection is expansive for Makita and Milwaukee. Fans will find themselves stocking up on hard to find items not seen elsewhere in the County. Great customer service to boot.
