They have a copy machine, but insist on an employee operating it. That works on days when they have all employees working, but on days when the man and woman couple are there it's a chaotic mess. I think the older woman may be an owner. She acts quite obsessive compulsive. After questioning a woman about the contents of what she wanted to ship she talked the customer into purchasing a different box. That was a time consuming and ridiculous waste of time as each item was removed from the first box. There doesn't seem to be any ability for the owner to be expedient or realize the bigger picture when lots of people are standing in line.

Poste Haste is a good alternative to keeping a box at the USPS on the Plaza. They are just a couple bucks more expensive per month but have some excellent and useful ancillary services. The in store help has both broad and deep experience with answers. Its the most accessible place to get things printed quickly in Arcata now thst Kinko's is gone.

Everyone at PostHaste is so friendly and I love having a local one stop shop for printing, mailing, notary, livescan etc. My paperwork was a mess but Brett was so patient and helpful!

I went in with a 7 pages to fax to a local school. I paid the fee of $20 and waited. After 3 attempts nothing went through. I double check the #, it was correct. For whatever reason beyond my control nothings went through. I asked about a refund since I’d already paid, but was told there was no refunds once an attempt had been made. So you pay regardless if it goes through or not. $20 lesson is go somewhere else. I went to Mckinleyville Office Supply, and they sent it through first, then charged me $5.00. Friendly service & wouldn’t have charged me if it didn’t go through!

I'd never sent a package before which I admitted to the staff so they walked me through the process and were super nice and helpful the whole time. The employee who helped me, Brett, was great, and even put my box in a flat rate USPS box to save me some money (and so we wouldn't have to put a shipping label over the decorations I'd drawn on the box!). These guys are great!

Absolutely amazing! All of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I had issues getting the printing to come out right and the entire staff here made sure to get it right. They are responsive and hard working! Cannot express enough what a good experience this was. Thank you so much Post Haste!

I've decided to retract my negative review. Upon more reflection and mentioning it to others. There are many reasons a live scan can get rejected. People are human and can make mistakes too. I apologize. And will give it another go.

I love post haste for all things shipping. I'm so disorganized and they always help me out. I show up with messy boxes and they tape em up and send them off. Super easy.

Extremely rude owner. They do too much. Why do you need a greeter at the door? All the employees are so friendly and helpful but the owner has some serious issues.

Wait to get help is ridiculous. I have never seen employees work so slow. Been there few times and always the same. Never again!
