I hit a deer on my way to work and was able to take my car straight to Rich's. Steve was extremely accommodating, and helped me get my car back in working order without my needing to leave it with him. It gave me the peace of mind to go on about my day. Thank you!

Well, Rich's Auto body in Arcata, Ca.definitely backed up it's 5 star rating. Had some rust becoming a real issue on the truck roof. Rich's got it done a day ahead of schedule and for 300 less than quoted. The job looked awesome, I couldn't be happier. Job well done guys, thank you.
