Their mechanics are very meticulous and patiently explained our check engine problem, which was emissions related. They also fixed our brake shimmy problem, and prepped our car for a big tow. All this done on short notice. This is the kind of place you could recommend your Mom to go to.

These guys are the best around!! Nothing but good things to say about this company!! I was on a 4th of July vacation when I blew my water pump just out side of town. They arranged my tow and rental car and had me back on the road the day after the 4th of July!! No other shop would look at my van or help. Simply performance is simply your best bet when you need quality work in a timely manner. Thanks guys I appreciate you getting me back on the road and home safely!!

They did work on my man's truck and the job had to be redone right after by another mechanic. Tried talking to them about it and they yelled.. poor customer service at the very least. Poor service and a $400 bill to have it redone by another place.. just avoid if possible

I had the best experience here! Was quoted around 500 dollars for a service from another mechanic shop, and that same service was done for less than half that here! Same day service and extremely friendly staff!! 10 out of 10 will go here again.

When I take the apointement by phone the guys was rude… but that was the closer garage for making my alignement.
When we was waiting there I was on an important call. The reception girl tell us we can go sit inside the waiting room but I coun’t lisening or answer because I was concentrated on my phone call. After she clap 3 times really rude the door and the reception window!

Simply Performance great. I had to have my car towed there from my home which took a couple days, but they were able to take a look right away and get me back on the road. Reasonable pricing, good communication and I had no issues with their customer service. I was a little nervous after reading a couple reviews but a friend referred them and I'm glad I took her advice. I'll be taking my car there again if I need another repair.

I have been taking my car to Simply Performance since about 2017 when German Auto in Arcata was full and suggested them. I had just come off a traumatic experience with a mobile mechanic who had ruined my car by draining out the oil and forgetting to replace it so I threw a rod! I bought a different car and Simply Performance has taken very good care of it. I have had different mechanics there work on it-- mostly regular oil changes (it's a 2010 Mazda with over 200k mi on it). I always wait in the office during the oil change and staff is polite and funny and they often have a wonderful Goldendoodle named Lucy to entertain me. The prices are reasonable and I trust them completely.

This crew is the best! I had a thermostat bolt head shear off in my 1992 Toyota Pickup 22RE when attempting to change the sensor.I called Simply Performance on a Friday evening, letting them know it was my daily driver and needed to be at work monday.The nice woman whom answered told me to bring it on in and they would get it done!She took my urgency serious and the crew began working immediately. The car was ready by the morning.I was expecting to pay a lot but the bill and was surprised was more then fare. I was left feeling well taken care of and happy.I would highly recommend!!! And definitely take my car there again!!!!!
