The worst experience ive ever had. No customer service hours of waiting on hold. I purchased 4 safes 1 was damaged, 1 was lost. I had to buy one off the floor I didnt even want for more money. Then another one I bought online 3 weeks earlier showed up for me. They put it out on the floor for sale changed the code and cant get into it. Wasted hours and hours on this place. Manager David was the only good thing. He did what he could. Everything else is inefficient and incompet. This corporation doesn't deserve your money.

I used to be able to have things delivered. I’m not sure it’s worth shopping here without delivery. The company should not have done away with it.

I am a visibly trans person, I am also a navy veteran with a lot of service tattoos, I just wanted to buy some screw drivers and a head lamp, I asked a guy if he could unlock them for me. He did so very quickly and without looking at me or acknowledging me then he took them directly to the cash register without even saying anything to me and then walked away. I felt so disrespected and ignored. I will never be buying from this location. 9/4/2025

PETVET IS A SNITCH. They give all your information to the county licensing agency and they send you a bill for a dog license. I did not authorize the sharing of any if mine or my dogs personal records. I will never go back. I like TSC but if they bring in people and allow them to sell their customers information then they too have lost my business. A&L feed store here I come!

Awesome dog wash that is set up,with leash lock,good water pressure, and they supply shampoo,nail cliippers,combs,brushes,have towels and hair dryer...can't beat the price.

Employees are unfriendly and they give you the wrong information. The manager Emma who is set on their policies, broke The policy instead of giving my money back for a bird that died two days later that they picked out for us. We do not have a choice on what word to get. Or I would have picked out one that looked healthy. Our bird died 1 out of four. They sold us a chick that had no feathers on its feet would not lay down to sleep would not eat would not drink water, the poop will not come out of his butt. We pampered it and took special care of it. By the way her name was Sunshine and she was part of our family for 4 days. So they don't give you new birds or replace them, and they don't give your money back.! But when I called this morning to tell them what happened, she put me on hold, and came back and said she would replace the bird instead of my money. I don't want another bird because I don't know what bird they're going to give me. So by her saying that was breaking a policy. Instead of making the customer happy and just give me my money back. Makes no common sense. I love tractor supply but I do not like the people in McKinleyville. They are very cold hearted, unfriendly, always short on staff, always replacing people. I wonder why.??? Don't you think that just giving me my $5.99 back instead of trying to replace a dead bird. That bird had a name sunshine. I don't see any justice in this at all. If you're going to break a policy break it to make the customer happy. I hope that the main headquarters in Tennessee sees this and make things right for their customers. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at that store. I will never buy another animal from them and I will take my business to Daisy's where they are friendly and kind and helpful.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!
My housemate went to the Arcata store to buy cat food for a cat suffering cancer. An employee by the name Ash, was rude and dismissive. She wad rude, homophobic and classest. She refused entry to someone who has a job and was there to spend money. This is the ONLY store that sells that specific brand, and type of food, of food in the area.
Ash should be fired; she doesnt know how to deal with the public. We are looking to file a lawsuit against her and the store. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Took my almost 2-year-old pittie here and it was first time going in a store, and the customers coming out pushing the carts seen how scared she was, and they stopped pushing because they thought she was scared of the buggy (she was scared as it was a first of many things & smells). Thank you ladies so much for the respect of my girl and not being afraid of her or judging her. To the gentleman inside the store who was so friendly and got down to her level, once he petted her, she was happy. The pet wash was awesome and I appreciate the towels, soap and all the extras to help our 1st experience go without a hitch. To the young woman who was already washing her great Pyrenees, her soothing words, and sharing treats with Gigi. To the team at tractor supply who were awesome and thank you for your help.

We used the self serve dog washing stations. It cost $9.99 per dog and they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.
