“I was pretty nervous reading all of these negative reviews, as I had already booked my truck. Thankfully, I had a great experience. The guy helping me was very kind and I was on the road 3 minutes after my appointment time. The 10ft truck was in fine condition and easy to operate. The drop-off process was completed online and was easy. I just handed the keys to the dude in the gas station and was on my way. Credit card charges were all appropriate. Would definitely go here again, but I hope not soon, as moving is a huge pain in the a**.”
