I love this bank. Had it for over 4 years and they have always had my back. I've had my identity stolen twice and before the bad people could take any money they shut it down as it was not my usual activity. The ladies and gentlemen at the front are the kindest people and want to help you. Best community bank as of yet. I am always greeted when I walk into the door.

Curently is requiring people to take their mask off in store. Multiple employees are not wearing face mask. I genuinely use to love this branch which is why i went in to do banking however. Employee noted drs note for why face mask is not on however they weren’t practicing any safe social practices

I absolutely love banking with Umpqua. They have always been friendly and courteous. Ummm if you have an issue with their parking, that doesn't help those of us looking for a good bank, saving parking for customers is a standard practice. Even during the coin shortage, Umpqua not once asked if I was a member of their bank, they were happy to take my money and give me the change I needed for laundry, UNLIKE Coast Central Credit Union. I will never bank with those jerks, so much for helping out the community. They were also rude. I've never had a rude experience at Umpqua. I absolutely love Umpqua and I've been banking with them for almost 4 years.

I have been banking at umpqua for quite awhile now. This location particularly because it's right next to my work at the health clinic. I've been parking in their parking lot because it's convenient and my work doesn't provide parking, so we literally as healthcare workers have to repark our cars every two hours which is really inconvenient when seeing patients. Well lately I have been parking in umpqua parking and they keep telling me they are going to tow my car. Literally they are only doing appointments only to go into the lobby, so I know they don't need every. Single. Parking. Spot. As an essential worker during a pandemic Aaaannd a loyal customer of x amount of years, they should really lay off the towing your car threat. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere because times are tough and I gotta work a 8-5 job and park my car somewhere so I don't get a ticket! Gimme a break!

I have never been treated like such a non-person as I was today at Umpqua Bank in Arcata. Not interested in customer service at all. More like 'how dare you walk into our bank without an appointment'. Thank goodness we have a REAL community bank in Redwood Capital Bank!

Umpqua totally screwed me out of hundreds of dollars on an error. My business banked here for years but they don't care about losing business. You'll do better at another bank.

I have 2 business accounts here, great friendly service on a first name basis with much clearer and better organized statements than any bank I've used. They are networked with a solid payroll company and helped me get my payroll handled efficiently and hassle free. I prefer to use a regional bank that doesn't invest in derivatives (or pipelines or set up phony accounts) like the big national banks do and have done. I prefer a more local community conscious approach to banking. I did my research on regional banks and how they operate, how safe etc. Umpqua came out on top...and my day to day experience with them has been a great!
