“I actually really liked this venue a lot. I went there for the first time recently for a live show, and I didn’t feel claustrophobic like I sometimes do in certain venues.
They had a bar, a mid-level standing area for people that had drinks, and a floor right in front of the stage. I thought the set up was perfect. I wasn’t swimming through people trying to get around the theater; they had a designated merch spot that was in a good place. Bathrooms are what you could expect in an old building like this: graffiti decorates the walls, etc., but it adds to the charm of the venue. In my opinion, it’s a great local place to catch a show in the heart of downtown Arcata.
Parking is limited to mostly street parking, but after 6 PM it’s free with no time limit.”
