The main store Manager was wonderful.
Assisted my father with a part they no longer carry but we had under warranty. He sold us the new part and price matched it to the price we payed for the old one. He then refunded us in full for the old part they no longer carry. Very good costumer service and so very helpful. 10/10 suggest going to this autozone ☺️

A lot has changed in this store. It looks like everyone is new, and no one has knowledge of parts or how they work. I read the reviews, and I was LOL. I recall more than one time give us a good review and will give you a big discount. The employees are rude and unprofessional, just like the store manager

It took more than half an hour just to get my windshield wipers changed. The guy (I don't want to tell his name) asked the type of car, year made , then looked for the new wipers. He got ones and then checked on the computer and went back got the new ones, checkek on the computer again. He did this for so many times. Then when he got ones, I paid and asked him to change them for me. He went to my car, tried to change, but couldn't. He went to get other guy to help. Three guys tried to wrestle with one wiper!!! It took almost 20 minutes just to change them. I can't believe the AutoZone pay these people to work.

4 years ago I had given the store a bad review due to wanting to return an item a couple minutes before nine then went out to get the receipt and wasn’t that back in for the return. But the past is the past and it’s easy for some people to report and negative experience but today is a new day April 11, 2024 where I went into the store and Alfredo did an amazing job helping me with the return of a part that wasn’t going to work for my car as well as looking up another part in which informed me it wasn’t going to work also . I had gone to two other AutoZone earlier in the day that provided wrong information, but Alfredo took the time and gave me the right information and help me with the return. I was able to find some really nice covers that matched the paint job blue blue color with black for my son’s 2001 Lexus GS 300. Thank you Alfredo for turning it difficult day with AutoZone into a great experience at the end of the day. I’ll be coming to the store on Woodman and Branford for all of my automotive needs. Thank you so much AutoZone and thank you specially to Alfredo for making my day.

I don't know if AutoZone trained their people to be nice or they are naturally nice workers. In comparison to O'Reilly workers who are rude and ignore you and give you the wrong oil filter.Auto zone is great and charge your battery free of charge even if not their battery. Good job!
