Bought a truck from them, after getting it home noticed they painted the axles and suspension parts in visible areas to hide rust, oil was changed recently to hide cam lifter failure inside the engine. After 500 miles, cam and lifters needed to be replaced $2k in parts. Another 4k for a shop to do it. Rear control arms were badly worn. Noticed it on test drive. Was assured it was the road. Along with hiding back up camera not working by positioning the vehicle to only drive forward. Turning off park sensors so I didnt notice they didnt work. I understand things will fail on a used vehicle, but hiding them from a buyer is a different story. Very shady car place. They will hide any issues with a vehicle and sell it at a high market price. Be careful or just stay away.

The car salesman kept telling me i had bad credit right off the bat. I dont know why he didnt even know my name. Then said if i cant aford the vehicle they have old cars for much cheaper. Felt disrespected the whole time.

If I could give less than a one star I would after having bought a vehicle from them that’s had a motor and transmission warranty that I paid in full for. The transmission went out after one month and not only was it a fight to get them to warranty the transmission when we paid for the fix they refused to reimburse us (shut the door in our face when we went up there). I wouldn’t buy or recommend a single thing from here ever again

I have found Car Capital to be great company’! They aided me with a loan quickly, and terms of my loan were extremely fair’, I have been able to make payments secure and easily with a text, and have had no problems! The staff are all very courteous and helpful’. I would consider utilizing Car Capital again for finance needs!

Scam Alert!!!! Be careful!!! They have an Odyssey posted that has "75,000." They (Elizabeth) sent me a falsified AutoCheck, one that was missing all of the current info. Checked the CarFax and it had 102,000 miles back Aril 2021 and 2 accidents. NONE of that was in the AutoCheck they sent me.
